Authentic and good

We really enjoyed our dinner at Sugo. Staff very accommodating. Only problem is they ran out of 2 things on the menu, one was the special, which two of us in our party had ordered, then out of something else that one of us had ordered. Other than that 'delizioso!'

The one item I wished I knew was that the restaurant was located in the rear of the complex. When we arrived we only saw the two restaurants in front and had to call for directions. Once we found it, we were very impressed. We were greeted with smiles from the two hosteses at the front door, our very informative... More

Old world family grace and charm with cuisine that would make their patriarch proud. Don't be fooled by the ordinary location, as the food is truly extraordinary. Steaks, seafood, homemade pasta and deserts to die for.

Sugo's is an excellent dining experience. Everything that they had on the Mother's Day menu was absolutely impeccable. My son which is one of the pickiest eaters you'll ever meet, absolutely devoured an entire plate of spaghetti and meatballs. I can't say enough about how good the food was! We were seated in just a couple of minutes and we... More

What a surprise! We moved to Atlanta from New Jersey 6 months ago and have driven past Sugo almost daily. Tucked away at the back of a strip mall, Sugo seemed like just another local pasta place. Boy were we wrong! This was our best meal in Atlanta. A fusion of Italian and Greek, the menu holds many tough choices.... More

You have to choose Cooking with Mr. C at Sugo for a great date night! He is a showman that provides a great experience. This will get you out of the typical rut that sometimes date nights fall into. Its fun and entertaining but you also learn about preparing world class dishes that you can do at home. They provide... More

We went on a Saturday night with reservations. We weren't seated until about 30 minutes after or reservation, but there were a lot of large Prom groups who were beginning to leave as we arrived, so it was understandable. While we were waiting the owner himself greeted us, which was very nice. The food was wonderful, however we had a... More

My wife and I ate at Sugo this evening and I am not sure how this restaurant received such a high ranking. The appetizers did not come out together. Both dishes that we were had were heavily sauced - one with bland vegetables, the other in a thick "picatta" sauce that was very light on the lemon and very few... More

My wife and I had a great dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Owner and his wife were greeting customers at the front. Nice environment but a bit too dark for my liking. Good for romantic dinner. Service was standard. We did not order any wine and drinks just go right into the food. Special for the night was Swordfish which... More

Had a very pleasant business dinner here. Clearly good food and service, but a bit heavy on the stomach compared to the European style. The meatball starter was excellent and there was an outstanding sliced beef. Slightly odd to get a traditional Itallian in a modern building!
