My server could not have been more friendly. She was enthusiastic about the restaurant, the menu, and just happy to be serving her customers. My only (small) complaint was how long it took to get the yummy bread. It would have been nice to have had it with my glass of wine. Instead, it did not come until I had... More

Went to dinner here with husband and two children (preschoolers!). We eat early, so we were the first people to arrive for dinner. The hostess and servers could not have been better. Decorated very tastefully - nice, but not stuffy. Server very knowledgeable re both wine and food. Food was fabulous (meatball app, calamari app - not my favorite, but... More

First time at Sugo's and exceeded expectations. At first glance it looked a little casual for a business dinner, but the server(Christie) quickly erased that this place was average. She gave us a full, personalized menu run thru, customized options for a "veganite" who was with us, and maintained that level of service throughout the evening. Food was spectacular from... More

We had a family celebration here recently and it went well. There were about 15 of us and we were given a private room which was nice. We had eaten here a couple y ears ago and I didn't like it. However, this time is was fine. We had some nice appetizers that were tasty including the lamb crostini and... More

Sugo is worth the trip. We were in town for business and found this gem of a restaurant through Trip Advisor .The food was fantastic. Hats off to the chef because the presentation was perfect and every bite was delicious. I ordered the fish of the day which was paired with a tasting of an herb stuffed pasta , asparagus... More

I am half Italian, grand daughter of immigrants so very picky about my Italian food. This was an amazing experience with some of the best traditional and different Italian I've ever had. The meatball appetizer is not to be missed -- I avoid meatballs, have never had better than my grandmothers/mine, but these beat them, delicious (and they teach a... More

My wife and I enjoy eating at Sugo and tend to eat there 2-3 times a year, including for our anniversary. We've taken the kids (10, 13) and they like it, but they bring down the otherwise romantic ambiance. This is the kind of place where you want to try to specials. Mr. C., the owner, will visit your table... More

I was pleasantly surprised retrying Sugo after many years of avoiding it. We celebrated a friends birthday and the food, wine and staff was all outstanding. If you haven't been in a while (or ever), give it a try! I wish I hadn't waited so long to return!

Good food if that's your cup of tea! I am not impressed with Italian food! However Sugo is a good choice for that type of restaurant although a bit pricey.
