I've eaten here many times and have never once been disappointed. The grilled artichokes and caprese salad are must starters. The bread and dipping sauce are excellent. My favorite pasta is spaghetti and meatballs; the meatballs have a little spice and the sauce is wonderful. The lamb chops and pasta stuffed with short ribs are also to die for. Good... More

This is a go to place in our neighborhood for special occasions. It's a small restaurant and since the rooms are open with very little acoustics, sometimes the noise is a little much. But the food certainly makes up for it. We started with their fried provolone cheese appetizer, which was utterly delicious. I had their Tuscan Seafood Stew and... More

I go to 141 a lot. Almost every week. Staff is like family. Food is devine. Faves include: sausage and peppers. So spicy and rich. Veal Chop. The potatoes and jus are outstanding. Short Rib Canelloni. Enough for 2! GO!

I have eaten here several times, this evening's meal being just as good as the others. The space is quite small and intimate, with reservations highly suggested. We walked in on a Saturday around 5:45 without a reservation this time and were lucky to grab the last couple seats at the full service bar with the next openings being around... More

I love the food and wines but it is a bit pretentious. I guess that comes with not allowing people under 14 in except on Sunday's but knowing that and trying to ignore the "Im richer than you" conversations of the St Ives crowd the warm fresh bread with a rich tomato sauce covering a soft chesse is killer. A... More

Excellent service. Good variety of entrée choices with great wine recommendations that pleased all 7 of us. Seating was a little cramped. I was seated near the dining room entry and kept getting brushed by people passing by. Other than that we would definitely return for another special occasion.

Having lived in Buckhead~and dined at Pricci..the bread and tomato dipping sauce was a fond memory..Turns out the chef had headed Pricci and other Buckhead Life Resturants. We have been to 141 a couple times..If you want to get in on a Sat. nite at a certain time..Go ahead and make reservations a couple of weeks in advance~ the place fills... Let me start disclosing that I was born and raised in Italy and spent there my first 30 years. I usually don't go to Italian restaurants since i enjoying paying for what i don't eat at home. Anyway, yesterday we went with friends for dinner to Trattoria One 41. The night started with a surprise: we reserved for 6 and... More

I've eaten here on a number of occasions. The food is always great. A little salty but I usually don't salt food. We were here for New Year's Eve. They had two sittings, 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm. We had the 8:30 pm. There were twelve of us. The restaurant staff did an excellent job of dealing with such a... More
