Some highlights but won't return

Good parking and easy access for handicapped. The soup was the best lentil soup I have had in a long tome. The shrimp scallop entree was great. However, the server was pleasant but flighty, the entrees were very tiny for price. $19.99 shrimp entree had three scallops and three shrimp and a... read more

We eat at this chain occasionally. It is always good food (surprisingly accurate Italian for a chain) with decent service in a nice atmosphere.

We got there about 15 minutes before closing and they were near empty. It was beginning to cool off and an ice storm was down the road. We stopped to grab a nice bite to eat and the place was a relief. The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the portions did not stuff us. If you like... More

I haven't been in a few years and understand why. We are literally leaving and couldn't leave fast enough. Upon entry, the lobby was a mess. A woman was siting barefoot with her feet on a seat. Our waitress was good, but the server who brought out drinks was surly and not responsive. The food was bland and on serious... More

Their waiters are very attentive. I eat there several times a year and I don't think I have ever had poor service. You can always count on the quality of food being very good. This is the Italian food place I would eat in Douglasville over the "other" famous Italian chain as I know that I can always get a... More

I always enjoy Chicken Bryan, each of 5 family members had a diffent entree, which they quickly cleaned their plates. Appeteizers were excellent.

This is the place I pick, when I want some good Italian food and have some extra money or it's pay day. I love their chopped Italian salad as a starter, but just about any of their appetizers are excellent, even their calamari; which my Grandchildren will grab before anyone else gets a chance. They have some good soups as... More

20 minute wait because they were understaffed. The restaurant was maybe 20% full. Hostess stated they were understaffed and it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait, or we could go to the bar as it's "first come first served". I wondered why there were people waiting outside when we arrived and maybe 10 cars in the parking lot...... More

I'm not one to just complain when something is wrong and not compliment when rite. in this case was BAAAAAD I've given this location numerous attempts but they just can't seem to get it together here. (goto town center location they have a 5 star chef very top shelf). I ordered the sirloin marsalla it came back pink with a... More

The best part of our meals was the chocolate dream dessert. The grilled chicken was good. The garlic potatoes were not very good at all. They were dry with a lot of skins in them. The chicken soup was good. The Salad was average tasting with at limited choice of dressings. The bread had a very hard crust making it... More
