Was heading to the Cajun restaurant in town but it was crowded so went to Irish Bred Pub instead. Got right in and man was this the better choice!! Food was great! Had the Corned beef egg rolls and Shepherds Pie. Both were delicious. Service was very good as well. Server was sharp and on the ball. Beer selection was... More

This is a regular stop for my family and I. We have never had a bad mean or bad service at the Pub. It has a great location on the plaza and a new balcony for the spring/summer weather coming up. My favorite dishes are the shepards pie or the bangers and mash. However I had the chicken wrap today... More

I love meatloaf and the server claimed it was a specialty so both my friend and I ordered it. It was barely edible -- a big, dry hunk of ground beef that was under seasoned if it was seasoned at all. I will never go back to this place.

Horrible food quality and inexcusable, irresponsible behavior with customer's credit cards -- that sums up our experience last night at this restaurant. The lamb stew had a half inch (no exaggeration) of grease floating on the top. Even the Manager stated that "that was gross" (her exact words). That dish should never have been served to any customer. Never. But... More

An old favorite for us to hear live music, have a drink, or have some fish and chips. Lately, there is evidence the owner is not anywhere in sight. An array of staff turnover, and old favorites like irish coffee was offered to us using instant coffee?? We declined the instant version and asked for fresh coffee, but the girl... More

My wife and I both enjoy this place. The price is right and the food is usually very good. The service is great and the atmosphere is excellent.

The outdoor dining options in Douglasville are limited. We chose Irish Bred Pub because they just built a nice balcony that overlooks Oneal plaza. I was expecting typical greasy bar food but was amazed when our meal arrived. My husband had a huge chicken breast on his sandwich. I had a hand pattied burger. It was one of the best... More
