My quick review of a surprisingly sophisticated (and delicious) dish at Leon's today: The grilled squid salad. Mostly it's tender squid (calamari) with cucumber and onions with a few greens and a light dressing, topped with breaded and fried small squid (think tentacles). Adding to the interest where anchovies (boquerones) and some fire to the dressing, probably cayenne pepper. Squeeze... More

Five of us went there for lunch at 1:15 on a Thursday and got a booth right away. They put a nice twist on their food offerings. Quite a few new ingredients to adventure into. The server was very personable and quick witted. The food was served very timely. Would definitely go back.

Leon's has good food and happy, helpful servers. Their bartenders are talented. However, after my most recent visit, I can only give them three stars. Either their air conditioning wasn't working, or it was inadequate for the number of people. The water spray on the patio helps, but it still wasn't cool enough to make me want to sit outside.... Short wait on a busy Friday night, sat outside on a pleasantly warm evening. A variety of quality beers on tap, large portions of up-scale pub-style menu. Thoroughly enjoyable meal and atmosphere, cost was reasonable, especially for the quality. Definitively coming back.

One of the locals took me here for dinner, and the food was amazing. Great drinks and atmosphere. Sat at the bar so we didn't have to wait for a table, and it was even more fun to people watch there.

My 24 year old daughter and I went to Leon's on a Saturday evening around 10 to enjoy some drinks in a lively atmosphere. The place was packed and I was a bit concerned that our waiter might be disappointed that we were not ordering a meal. I could not have been more wrong. Our waiter encouraged our group of... More

If you like a good beer, a hearty appetizer, and tasty bar food. . .Leon's is an excellent choice. The service is good and the servers are always happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The restaurant is located in a tastefully converted old gas station and can be rather loud at times so this may not be the place... More

Best fries outside of France! Fun sauces too! Great beverage selections. Well worth the trip and parking nightmare.

Leon's is a great place to try some new things but has some great staples as well. Goat cheese stuffed peppadews are a great starter. Pub Frites as an appetizer are voluminous. Not the best fries around, but the extensive list of dipping sauce choices makes them very appealing. I had the open faced brisket sandwich. It was wonderful. The... More

When I want a great cocktail and good food to go with it, Leon's pops into my head. I am mostly a scotch and red wine drinker but I am occaisionally drawn to a well executed cocktail. Leon's continues to come up with delicious combos that tempt me away from my single malt for an evening. You can't miss with... More
