Great selection of delicious dishes for most dieting needs. The hours work for varied schedules too. When you are looking for a good restaurant with a twist on the traditional meat and three, give it a try!

We were looking for a non-chain location for a family meal before a memorial service. This one showed up in a AAA book and we were very pleased. The staff were able to accommodate our group of 14 (we did call ahead) and our waitress gave us a brief history of the cafe. They had home cooking: pot roast, chicken,... More

We stopped for dinner on our way up 75. We passed up all the big chains on the 5 minute drive into Dalton. The cafe was easy to find. The food was simple and delicious. Just about 100% was home cooked - and perfect! The menu offered lots of choices, with main selections changing daily (the Trip Advisor menu is... More

This was the best southern comfort food I had in a long time. I had the chicken tenders as my meat of choice, French fries & green beans as my vegetables; all were absolutely delicious. My friend had the BBQ which she thoroughly enjoyed. The people here are always friendly & the service is fast. This is a must stop... More

We found this cafe through TripAdvisor. They have regular sandwiches, salads, etc. The other option is to pick a meat with two or three sides, or no meat and just sides. The menu listed different meat and side options for each day of the week. In our party we ordered the Brunswick Stew (good but a little too sweet), pecan... More

This is the place to go in Dalton. The food is outstanding! Really.....not a bad thing on the menu. The waitstaff is attentive and friendly. It is a favorite among locals and they make you feel like family even if your not from the area. The prices are a good value as well. Definitely worth the trip.
