Had a great time!

Went with my family and fiancée. We all ordered something different. I had the Fish and chips! Wonderful portion size on the fillet of fish. Hush puppies were perfect! Fries were fresh and hot. My mother ordered the fish taco, she said it was okay. My dad ordered the shrimp and grits and loved it... read more

Excellent food. We had the salmon special and shrimp & grits. Both exceptionally tasty. My wife said it was the best salmon she had ever eaten in a restaurant. The shrimp and grits were a real surprise because of the fabulous sauce. Seating was special also (up stairs enclosed outside porch). Pretty view of downtown. Price reasonable.

Our first visit to this restaurant and it did not disappoint. We went on a Tuesday evening about 7:30 pm. We were seated outside on their back porch (which was lovely and closed in) by the great musician. Our server, I believe was Mera, was absolutely wonderful from her service to her suggestions to her attentiveness. We order appetizers and... More

Whoda thought? Great seafood in a small mountain town? This restaurant can easily equal any of the big city, or waterfront/coastal places we've dined at. I had the fried catfish, nice large portion & not excessively breaded. My wife had the grilled tilapia which she said was great - not slathered in butter yet not too dy. Sides were very... More

An oyster bar in the North Georgia mountains? Yes sir! And you must try it. The food was so good and service matched it. I had the crab cakes with wilted spinach. Superb! Not too heavy from so much breading like other places. We had a large group who all needed separate checks and alcohol on even more separate checks.... More

My husband and I are locals and love the food, atmosphere and service. When family is in from out of town, we take them here. They love it! Always consistent. It's our special occasion place and where we go when we crave great seafood. The desserts are the best! Homemade coconut cream pie and the homemade key lime are our... More

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and it was ranked #4 it should be #1. From the décor to the staff and menu we were very pleased with this restaurant. The front porch upstairs has a Key West feel and it's air conditioned :). We liked everything on the menu we ordered. It is sometimes hard to find a... More

So we decided to give this place a chance and the food was very good. The seared tuna was outstanding and fresh as was our other food. My only negative is the overall restaurant and the fact that it was not very clean. The floor had crumbs that have been there a really long time between the slats in the... More

We had been looking for a pet-friendly place on our last visit to Dahlonega and found this restaurant for lunch a couple years ago. We sat on the front porch overlooking the main square and had great service, fantastic lunch, and staff welcomed our dog. We drove all the way back to Dahlonega again for the great clam chowder and... More

The meal I had last night was out of this world and surpass expectations. Our server Ashley made sure that everyone at our table was well taken care of and aware of all specials. The owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome! Will definitely be back. I had the crab bisque and fried shrimp with the... More
