French bread and garlic butter are delicious. Salmon was excellent. Chocolate chip pecan pie was awesome! Nice wait staff. Very attentive and courteous.

My husband and I and a few friends went her for lunch last weekend. Several of us opted for the duck salad (one of my favorites), and my husband had soup and a burger. The food prep takes a while, but they amuse you with hot baked mini muffins and whipped flavored butter...The duck salad was excellent. My hubby's chicken... More

Had the occasion to visit Dahlonega, Georgia(Home of the Gold Rush Days and some great winerys) and have brunch at the Corkscrew Cafe. It's decor is a bit eclectic but the meal and the service were second to none. The menu was varied enough to satisfy four very different palates and the prices were more than reasonable. Basically, it was... More

Ok, who would expect to experience such a great meal in this small town. But we did. The server was knowledgeable about the food and wine. She recommended the pork chop which I usually never order, but on her word I did. It was double crusted, prepared to perfection and delicious. My husband had the salmon and enjoyed his as... More

This was my first visit to this tiny restaurant, and, unfortunately I brought 3 friends to a "ladies Lunch" based on the menu on their web site and ratings on Tripadvisor. The staff and wait staff were extremely friendly and seemed excited about the new brunch menu. The lunch menu was no longer being offered on Saturday. There were, however,... More

We often go here for Sunday Brunch. They have wonderful eggs benedict and this past week we ate on the patio and they had lovely live music. It is a nice place to have brunch or lunch and then take a stroll around the square in Dahlonega.

Had lunch at Corkscrew which is located in a old jail. We had tomato basil soup that was almost as good as mine (ha!), club sandwich, muffaletta, pasta salad, and potato salad. All were great. Fun setting, good food, friendly staff. Check it out.

Three of us went to lunch here on a Saturday at 1:30 (with no reservation) after reading good reviews on TripAdvisor. We were immediately escorted to a table and given menus. The young waitress was good, but the food preparation took a long time. I ordered a spinach salad which was fresh and good. One ordered the Reuben sandwich which... More

We did not have reservations, but went at 5:30 and thought perhaps we could get a table. The hostess said they were full, but she did seat us at a 2 top behind the hostess station. It was cozy, food was very good, filet delicious, salad excellent, bread delicious and our server was very attentive.
