I was most impressed with the friendly attentive service of such excellent food. Everything was absolutely top notch. I frequently eat at the Corkscrew Cafe when I'm in the Dahlonega area. Love their onion soup, and they can make magic with portobello mushrooms.

We arrived at 5 PM without a reservation and were told we had to sit downstairs in the climate controlled exterior facility. The reason was there was a show at the theater next-door that started at nine it seemed odd that we couldn't dine and be out of there prior to the reservations coming in but that was fine The... The Chef is back and he is amazing. Went to a wine pairing and was SO delighted that this young man has returned. The food is very tasty and the wines are delightful. The resturant is small but the service is remarkable. You will enjoy.

Food, service , wine selection was perfect! We try to eat here every time we visit Dahlonega. Convenient to our hotel, less than a block. I had the yellow fin tuna and wife had fillet mignon ....both cooked perfectly!

and this is what I really appreciate after long business days / trips: a good dinner (you have to taste the duck, so tasty and soft, just wonderful!), good wine (thanks for your recomendation to taste this portuguese wine) and great service! Will visit you again during my next stay in Atlanta area.

No they don't have any vegan options on the menu. I took my wife here to get a great steak (which they have). I was content to just enjoy a nice salad. The server asked me if it would be ok if the Chef could prepare a vegan surprise dish. Not only was I thrilled with the question, when the... More

I always have at least one meal here when I visit Dahlonega. The food is always perfect and the atmosphere is great. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often! You can't go wrong with either the indoor or outdoor dining here. The service here has been wonderful each time I've visited. My husband and I... More

The Corkscrew Cafe was recommended to us at our hotel. We were not disappointed! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. The portions of the food were perfect, and the restaurant has a great variety of choices on the menu. You will definitely want to save room for dessert ! We enjoyed our meal so much that we... More

After a good motorcycle ride, it was an absolute pleasure to drop in for a late lunch. Our server, a delightful young lady who designed the logo, catered to our needs. Not only was she pleasant, she was very customer oriented. Her descriptions of the food were spot on as we tried some of her recommendations. We sat out back... More
