local acts, songwriters, up and coming stars, and stars that haven't climbed the ladder in quite some time, but always a good show. the place seats about 80 so its always an intimate performance...

Service attention was terrible - young blonde very inexperienced - I asked for a black coffee and got espresso, then tried to talk me into keeping it. The turn-a-round time from order to serving was extremely long (more than 45 minutes for two sandwiches) and when the order came, it was incorrect.

In town for a wedding and stopped at this place on a Sunday a.m. before heading out of town. Although a bit slow in the service, it appears they cook one person's meal at a time... the food was served hot and delicious. Highly recommend this place for a home town feel with great food.

Good burgers. Since they were out of IPA, the bartender substituted a pale ale for the IPA our friends ordered without asking them. NOT the thing to do to a couple of beer snobs from Decatur!

I love the Crimson Moon Cafe, everyone there is friendly and you can't beat it to check out the local music scene. It's not the best food on the planet but it's above average for a music venue. I would describe this as a music venue that serves food and drinks, don't miss it if you're looking for a cool,... More

An interesting little restaurant in the college town of Dahlonega, University of North Georgia. Fried Green tomatoes were some of the best I've ever had. The vegetable soup was freshly made with lots of fresh vegetables. A burger with all the fixings and even the breakfast was hot & tasty. A must try if you're visiting this little college town.... I love eating in here. There is music playing sometimes, maybe it's only on the weekends. They have a tasteful, hippie, calm atmosphere. Very enjoyable and the food is always fantastic!

We had brunch and it was slow coming, the service staff was new and confused and going back and forth to answer questions. They did the best they could be were not well trained, not their fault. They kept making excuses for slow delivery. We ordered quiche, which means it should have been prepared already and it took 50 minutes... More

Two of us arrived last Sunday at noon in the pouring rain. The place was half empty. We had about an hour to spend before having to get on the road to catch a plane. It never occurred to us that there could be a problem as all we ordered were sandwiches. The service was so slow and dreadful that... More

First let me say that this place takes their music seriously, so if that's all you're coming here for, you're in good hands. If, on the other hand you are hungry... you might want to pack a lunchbox. Service is slow. Unbelievably, painfully, unapologetically slow. Four of us sat down for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. At the time I... More
