You won't be disappointed. The food was great and so was the service. We ate on the patio overlooking the river. We had two children with us and they also enjoyed the food. They were able to walk along the riverbank until the food was ready.

The restaurant looks like a former hoarder lived there with nick-nacks and dust traps everywhere. During the heat of June, it was cooler outside of the restaurant than inside. I made a suggestion to the owner to open the doors to get a breeze in there and he said "NO". No explaination or thanks for the suggestion. Food: I ordered... More

I am sorry you visited us on the day our air conditioner broke. You are correct that it was quite warm that day. I don't recall speaking with you, but I did decide to keep the doors closed to contain whatever cool air I could. When that wasn't successful I did in fact open the doors. Later that evening the... Was with Lhollis158 at the reunion over the weekend. Brothers Joe and Jeff Marshall bought the place a little over a year ago and have absolutely created a winner. The decks overlooking the river, other outside dining, and a fabulous wait staff. Oh did I mention the food was expertly prepared to order even with a group of almost 40!... More

We went there for a reunion and spent two days (off and on) there! Lunch and dinner sitting out on the porch and on the deck overlooking the river, brunch the following day! The food could not have been more delicious and the servers were extremely helpful and courteous! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had ribeyes on Friday... More

My ribeye was perfectly done and tender and juicey. The French fries are hand cut, thin sliced, and memorable. Dessert, pecan pie,a slice of heaven. The fig appetizer yummy.

After enjoying a lovely happy hour with live music on a gorgeous, serene river, we had steaks and salmon for dinner - delish & cooked to perfection. Killer side: garlic mashed potatoes. DO NOT MISS the stuffed date appetizer. Dates stuffed with sausage & blue cheese, bacon wrapped with a balsamic sauce. I ordered the bread pudding intending to share.... More

We spent the weekend in Dahlonega and ate here twice. The ambience is most outstanding. The restaurant is about 4 miles east of town on a quiet curvy road. It sits off the road down by the river and looks like you are going to grandma's house. There is a cozy indoor setup with a beautiful view or a huge... More

Six women, two birthdays, you can imagine the chaos. Our server was as kind and helpful as possible. We had many different lunch dishes and all were outstanding. We had two bottles of decent wine and then a pass around dessert of bread pudding that was wonderful. I will revisit this lovely restaurant soon
