Not only is the food good and so is the ice cream. We had our two grandchildren with us and we decided to stop one evening to get some ice cream and just as we got close to the door we saw the owners leaving and locking the door. When the saw us look disappointed they asked us what we... More

Located on the historic downtown square in Dahlonega, just acress from the gold museum. We stopped in at Connie's after the Fourth of July parade, We beat the crowd, thank goodness. Lots of flavors and cone options. Lots of staff to meet orders. Didn't get a chance to try the sandwich menu, but would like to. We will definitely visit... More

My daughter actually planned our trip into town around eating lunch at Connie's. It is small and has limited seating, but if you can't get a table, just take it outside and eat somewhere around the square. I love to people watch this pretty little town anyway. Good ice cream and great sandwiches.

Well, if you don't like kids or if you are looking for a quiet place to eat, this might not be for your. Small and a little cramped but cozy place. Of course the words "ice cream" should be enough about there being kids here. We went this pas Saturday and it was real busy and loud. I had a... More

We moved to Dahlonega recently and finally tried Connie's. The pimento cheese is incredible. We've gone back twice recently just to have another bite. The menu is diverse, and the ice cream selection is also very strong. The service is very good, and the atmosphere is super fun.

My husband got a milkshake from here when we were in Dahlonega for the day. We were originally going to get ice cream but filled up before we got to the little store. Cute shop, there was a long line but it seemed to be moving pretty efficiently. Hope to come back if we are in town again.

This little Sandwich shop and ice cream parlor has tasty food. The prices are reasonable as well. My wife and I have visited several times and have found the Paninis exceptionally good tasting. In fact, they are the best we have ever eaten in any restaurant.

This is a folksy ice-cream stop with burgers and dogs on the side. Not the best burgers but made in front of you and when it comes to the ice-cream, they pile it on. There's an ample selection and cups or cones to your liking. After hiking the AT, the ice-cream restored some calories. Although this spot is nestled in... More

Connie's Ice Cream Parlor 18 N Park St, Dahlonega, GA Yum - Good Hot Coco and Chocolate Cake It was a bright but ‘brisk’ (to put it mildly) December afternoon (12/15/13) in Dahlonega and wife needed something to warm up her insides after walking around the square and visiting several of the shops.
