Great food

Food came quickly, coffee was hot and fresh. The grits were great. But the biscuits were served cold under hot gravy. Bacon was tasty and crisp.

In the past, I have enjoyed this restaurant. The staff is friendly and the food was good. Unfortunately, the last meal that I had was disappointing. The last two visits have been a declining experience. We walked in during and off time, around 3pm. It took a couple of minutes before someone came out and acknowledged us. Once she did,... More

If you enjoy a step back in time - this is the place for you! We have been going there for 12 years now and have taken friends and family from all over the country there and they have all loved it as much as my husband and I do. It is a small menu but there are daily specials.... More

Fenders has been a favorite of ours for years. They rotate their specials so if you decide yo go often, you can still get something different. The staff is very friendly, and tables clean.

What a great little place to eat. Very, layed back and the decor was fun. Every member of my party loved what they ordered.

Like going back into the 50s. Milkshakes are good and the food itself is good (considering it's basically hot dogs and hamburgers), but pretty expensive for what you get. You are definitely paying for the look of the place vs. paying for good quality food.

Lots of people rate this pretty well so we headed in for breakfast and it was a disappointment. Biscuits and gravy were nearly cold, breakfast sandwich was too salty, and I like salty. Coffee nothing special and had to ask for refills and waitress less than pleasant.

Went to this cute diner with a friend of mine. Parking was located in front and near the restaurant. Cornelia is an historic town in Georgia and while driving to the restaurant you will see some of its history in architecture. The food is very much a diner style of food selections, the service was very good as well as... More

My husband and I go to Fenders often, usually for their roast beef special on Tuesdays and Fridays. It is amazing! The service is always fast and courteous. The 50's decor is fun and brings back memories of earlier years.

Does it taste like grandma's house? Sort of. I've been here several times now and tried many things so I feel I can give it a fair review. The fried items are very greasy but that's not a huge surprise. The vegetables are as expected; think Cracker Barrel. Thursday is Turkey and Dressing on the daily special blue plate and... More
