In our quest for the best BBQ in the Columbus area we searched for Smokey Pig and were happy we did. The all pork menu is simple to navigate and they have large pictures of the sliced, bite sized and chipped style. The sauce is mustard based and they sell it to go as well. (My only issue with the... Great Bar-b-que. Our first time experiencing southern bar-b-que and we really enjoyed a new culinary adventure. We would definitely eat here again.

It's good, but not great. They put a bit (to turn the slaw orange/brown) of their house made BBQ sauce in it. Their sauce on the other hand is sublime. Whenever... More

We went here on a Saturday at lunch time on a very rainy, cold day, and found the place to still have a line. The bbq is limited to pork. You can have it either chipped or sliced (bite sized). There are various sizes of sandwiches and plates available. The bbq sauce is a mustard based one with a vinegar... More

The restaurant was recommended. It was a nice small lunch as we ordered the small combo's. Tasty meal. Counter service. Did not try the ribs, which we understood to be a new offering. Looks like they would do a great weekday lunch traffic. Friendly folks

I had lunch here with a colleague. Great BBQ! Great unique coleslaw. Service is great. Awesome view of their pit - they go through a lot of meat. I am going back.

I've lived in Columbus, GA all my life and had heard a lot of people saying that Smokey Pig was the best bbq in town. I had never seen it in passing, but thats because it is a little off my usual path, in the south side of town and sits behind a daycare. My husband took me for lunch... More

Short on details because it was all awesome. Salad bar is a good value with the meals. Ribs were fantastic! This isn't gourmet, it's traditional BBQ. There's a reason the huge parking lot is packed!

Got to be in my top 5 bbq places really good smokey good i recommend their bbq sandwich chopped and the sweet tea. Their bbq sauce looks like South Carolina but it`s not S.C style sauce is sweet the mustard/vinegar base sauce here is not sweet but o so good.
