First time I had ever eaten at a Panera Bread! French Onion soup and sandwich combo with a brownie!!! YUMMY!!! :) Clean restaurant, fast customer service.

Love panera. They need another location in Columbus as well. This one can become very busy. Wish they had a drive thru like most other paneras. Staff are friendly. Orders always done fast and correct.

Panera does a fine job with their salads, sandwiches and baked goods. Their breakfast offerings are an excellent alternative to the fast food places and I think they are a little more wholesome. Friendly service and they keep the place clean.

Panera Bread is all over the place and, generally speaking, their menu and food is good. But stores vary by management. This one is poorly managed. Tables aren't cleared and even when they have been cleared, they're sticky. Ice tea containers are empty. When you ask somebody about it, well, "It's not my job." The worst pet peeve is approaching... More

Good sandwiches and soup! The staff was helpful and it was in an outdoor mall so we also were able to complete some shopping items on our list.

The soups and sandwiches are always full of flavor and generous in portions. The bakery pastries are also something to save room for after the meal. Employees are very pleasant and helpful.

I have always loved Panera and try to find one when I travel. My latest favorite is from their hidden menu. It's the egg white roasted turkey bowl. If you are looking for a healthier breakfast item, this is perfect and according to my calculations, it's only 5 Weight Watcher points!! I also love the breakfast quiches.

Panera Bread is simply a good place to eat if you want a good, quick and tasty meal. My tennis team and our wives were in Columbus for a tennis tournament, and had the priviledge of eating a couple of meals at Panera Bread. The sandwiches are prepared with fresh ingredients and the soups are very tasty.

We come here every Saturday morning. The pastries are fresh and the service friendly so far. Coffee could use some work.
