Hit the spot but pricey

They were within walking distance of my hotel and on a cold night soup sounded good. I got the half turkey sandwich and broccoli cheese soup with a drink and my son the kids grilled cheese and it was almost $20. My food was great and just the right amount since I didn't want leftovers. However... read more

We use Panera a lot for events. Everyone knows they are a great place for a salad or sandwich for lunch but Samantha does a great job managing their catering operations. They did a real nice job setting us up with some lunch options for a recent working lunch meeting.

Stopped in for an easy late dinner. I had the roast turkey/avocado BLT sandwich with the Autumn squash soup which was topped with pumpkin seeds. It was delicious although the sandwich needed a touch of salt. The iced chai latte tea is addictive.

Love panera. They need another location in Columbus as well. This one can become very busy. Wish they had a drive thru like most other paneras. Staff are friendly. Orders always done fast and correct.

Panera does a fine job with their salads, sandwiches and baked goods. Their breakfast offerings are an excellent alternative to the fast food places and I think they are a little more wholesome. Friendly service and they keep the place clean.

Panera Bread is all over the place and, generally speaking, their menu and food is good. But stores vary by management. This one is poorly managed. Tables aren't cleared and even when they have been cleared, they're sticky. Ice tea containers are empty. When you ask somebody about it, well, "It's not my job." The worst pet peeve is approaching... More

Good sandwiches and soup! The staff was helpful and it was in an outdoor mall so we also were able to complete some shopping items on our list.
