Coldest beer south of the Dixie! Mouth watering fried lobster tail! Juice steaks and gorgeous wait staff! It was my hangout for 4 month until I moved 1.5 hours away from there. Still make it back twice a month but it's a most if you want great food!

Had to return to Hunter's Pub for my favorite: Deep Fried Lobster Tails and a petite steak. Lived up to expectations - had a wonderful dinner with 5 friends.

The steaks are the best in the south I have had! But leave enough room to get a slice of there Peanut Butter Pie! The waitress talked us into to splitting one.....We all left with another slice to go!

This has become my favorite place. Steaks cooked to perfection, delicious baked potatoes and vegetables. Home made dinner rolls. Ice cold beer and a friendly wait staff. This place wins out hands down.

Located just off I-185 at Exit 25, HP is a local favorite. Patrons arrive dressed in all possible outfits though most just dress very casually. If you're looking for elegant dining, HP is not for you. They also arrive early and waits of 30+ minutes are common. They do not take reservations and all party members must be present before... We show horses and were in the area for a show and were a hungry bunch of girls. The others were regulars, but my first time eating here - it is very much out-of-the-way and you are going to wait a long time but it's worth it! It opens at 5, with a line already. No reservations - enjoy a... More

As other reviewers have noted, this place is not much to look at from the outside, but the food & service are excellent. I had mahi-mahi which was perfectly cooked (not overdone as I have had elsewhere). My husband's steak was also excellent. The side dishes tasted good. The only downside was the restroom which wasn't clean & smelled bad.

We made our way over to Hunts from Callaway Gardens based on reviews here. As stated, it's nothing to look at on the outside, but the steaks were delicious. Expect a small seating area with a bar on one side. Hardly enough room to maneuver between tables. Good friendly service. $20 for an 8 oz filet. The place was packed... More

This place is as Redneck as it gets....however, they do a fantastic job. We arrived about 20 minutes before 5:00P.M. (opening time) and there was already a large crowd gathered. We were fortunate to get in with the first wave of customers. Every table was occupied by 5:15. The staff was geared up and ready with no delays taking orders... More
