You are immediately greeted with a country "holler" and how many? Then you seat yourself wherever an open table is. My recommendation is by the jukebox. Space is small and to avoid a "rear" to close, while eating it might be a wise choice. The service and waitress are very nice and do a great job. There is nothing fancy... More

So, you hear of places that have "really good food" and you think of a "really nice place!? Nope, not with Hunters Pub ... It's really good food at what some might describe as a "hole in the wall." The food is really good, we had everything from steaks to seafood and the prices are okay but heaven forbid you... More

Good steaks, fun & friendly wait-staff, wine in a plastic cup, cold beer in bottle, and parking up and down the road. Steaks cooked over a charcoal fire, sides are good but not spectacular. Waiting outside on the front porch area talking with folks is fun, too. It is in the country but not too far. Camouflage bathroom is a... More

Coldest beer south of the Dixie! Mouth watering fried lobster tail! Juice steaks and gorgeous wait staff! It was my hangout for 4 month until I moved 1.5 hours away from there. Still make it back twice a month but it's a most if you want great food!

Had to return to Hunter's Pub for my favorite: Deep Fried Lobster Tails and a petite steak. Lived up to expectations - had a wonderful dinner with 5 friends.

The steaks are the best in the south I have had! But leave enough room to get a slice of there Peanut Butter Pie! The waitress talked us into to splitting one.....We all left with another slice to go!

This has become my favorite place. Steaks cooked to perfection, delicious baked potatoes and vegetables. Home made dinner rolls. Ice cold beer and a friendly wait staff. This place wins out hands down.

Located just off I-185 at Exit 25, HP is a local favorite. Patrons arrive dressed in all possible outfits though most just dress very casually. If you're looking for elegant dining, HP is not for you. They also arrive early and waits of 30+ minutes are common. They do not take reservations and all party members must be present before... We show horses and were in the area for a show and were a hungry bunch of girls. The others were regulars, but my first time eating here - it is very much out-of-the-way and you are going to wait a long time but it's worth it! It opens at 5, with a line already. No reservations - enjoy a... More
