Have recently started eating and haven't been disappointed yet. Large portion country cooking with very fair prices.

The barbecue kitchen will help you with that weight you have been trying to gain, and at a fair price, to boot. Whether it be the country fried steak soaked in layers of gravy, the fried okra, creamed corn, or choice of big biscuits or cornbread (regular and Mexican), You can get your fill in no time. Service is very... More

The BBQ Kitchen is my favorite place to eat. On Thursday they have Chicken Pot pie that is to die for. You can usually find me there on Thursday. The brisket and the country fried steak are right up there. fried orka, squash cassrole , you name it. It's all good.

Not licensed and nothing fancy for a location, but one comes here for the food. And one will not be dissapointed. Freindly staff and kitchen open to see. Bench seating but who cares? A family restauant since 1958 where the owner smokes his own meat out back. Went here first several years ago and on the lastest trip through Atlanta... More

I hadn't been to the BBQ Kitchen in over 10 years but it was still as good as I remembered. I had the brisket and it was tender and tasted good. The veggies are still good too!

Nothing has really changed since my July 30th review. Today, I had the baked half chicken, creamed corn, pole beans and slaw plus two giant biscuits. I still rate it the best place to eat in CP although I don't order the greens any longer due to grit issues. Same with the squash, but there are plenty of other options.... More

The staff is so friendly and the food is amazing! Southern cooking at its best. I had the banana pudding for dessert and it was so good. Two thumbs up for this little restaurant!

Found this restaurant through Tripadvisor while we were in this area. Very friendly staff and prompt service. We enjoyed BBQ pork, beans....I loved that they offer vegetables. I had the collard greens, baked squash casserole, and lima beans which were very tasty. Also tasty are the biscuits and corn muffins. The prices are great for all the food you get!

I love barbecue and my wife loves southern vegetables. At most barbecue restaurants the best you can find is a side of baked beans and some cole slaw. Occasionally you might find a salad. And at a traditional southern meat + three, you get great veggies but mediocre barbecue. Here they do it all! The barbecue was top-notch. I had... More

Right around the corner from Atlanta's Hartsfield airport, this place is full of Airline workers, cops, and locals for good reason. It's just Darn Good! Large menu with barbecued options and a daily list of veggies that taste like my late Grandma made them! The wonderful macoroni pie was divinely sent from my heavenly Nana to me I think or... More
