This was my first time to The Feed Store, and it was excellent. The location is clearly a reclaimed store front not originally a restaurant, much less one serving classic American craft food, but the decor is muted and thoroughly fits with an understated elegance that befits the food. The hostess was at once shocking and disarming, quite friendly and... More

A friend and I were in Atlanta for a conference and wanted to have a "reunion dinner." The only evening we could do it was the night he was leaving on a 9 PM flight. I found The Feed Store on OpenTable and saw it was just a 2 minute walk from the College Park station, which is just one... More

I chose this restaurant based on reviews and that it was conveniently located for a business lunch. The restaurant was not very crowded, although there was a large group there - yet we waited 30-40 minutes for simple entrees (a salad and a sandwich). After complaining, our food arrived shortly thereafter, we an apology from our server. I was impressed... More

This is a great place for lunch to meet your coworkers. The ambience is great. The staff is both professional and polite. I dont go as often as I would like but I recommend it to my friends and coworkers.

Loved the feed store decor. The corn chowder was excellent but the short ribs were very salty. Mexican chocolate with chile ice cream was divine. Would go again when near Atlanta airport.

Stopped by for dinner while visiting Atlanta. Didnt have reservations but wanted to gage wait. First hostess said it was a 45 min wait. Two seconds after we said that's fine, she says there's a problem because of two large tables. Then started saying so busy food service probably too slow for us? We're a mixed race fam and left... We had a great server for our group of 10, nothing was too much trouble. He explained the menu, made recommendations and answered all of the questions that we had about the food and wine. The food itself was really good. I had the shrimp and grits. I was a bit apprehensive about the grits as they can be really... More

Maybe it was an off day when I had lunch here but my meal at the Feed Store left much to be desired. It's a warm and inviting atmosphere with a friendly waitstaff. But if the food isn't right you rarely return to a restaurant. My soup was cold and didn't taste good. Infact, the potatoes in the soup weren't... More

The exterior and name will lead you to believe that you're headed to a diner-type restaurant. Truly, that's not the case. The Feed Store is a laid-back upscale dining experience. It seems a little out of place on Main Street, in College Park. At first, I thought it would be more appropriate in Midtown. I like that College Park is... More
