I stayed in the hotel for a week and are here on a few occasions since there practically no other restaurant within the area. One meal would be delicious and the next would be like "meh..." So it wasn't consistent, but it was edible which is why I have it 3 star review!

We ate here for breakfast and dinner. The grits are heavenly. The fried chicken and the trout were great!

I stayed at the Westin while on business and ate at the The Palio one night. Jamal was our server and may I say he made the entire experience a good one. I ordered Joyce's Chicken and it was delicious. It is pricey and the restaurant does open up to the lobby so its not private, but the staff do... More

Let's face it, you never get good value at a hotel's restaurant. The captive customer base that stays at the hotel is usually enough to keep the restaurant in business with minimal effort. But Palio was below average. I had seared tuna for my appetizer and the tuna was dry and bland. There was some kind of a wasabi sauce... More

Bad service. The staff could care less about you. I would go to a local spot instead. There is nothing else to be said.

I stayed at this hotel and ordered room service from the Palio Restaurant. I had the black & blue steak sandwich cooked medium. It was the best steak sandwich I ever had. It came with blue cheese crumbles and grilled onions on it. I definitely would order it again. The prices are not bad either. So, if you stay in... More

The four of us enjoyed the selections with average comments about the quality of the meal and presentation. Not very memorable except for the service which was above average.

Had the misfortune to miss a transAtlantic flight and stayed at this hotel overnight. Had an enjoyable dinner at Palio. Crab two ways was tasty and the wedge salad was comforting and generous. Lovely warm bacon and a lush blue cheese dressing. Also had house made BBQ chips (also with bleu cheese). Breakfast buffet the next morning was great--all the... More

Late arrival at the Westin, was pleased to see this full service restaurant seating until 11:00 pm. Ordered French Onion Soup and New Zealand Lamb Chops. The soup was rich and tasty, but my pleasure was somewhat reduced by finding a piece of crumpled plastic film (about 1.5 x 0.5 inches when spread out) in a spoonful. My waiter, Hossain,... More
