Dropped in this restaurant on our way to airport. First time my husband and I were carded in 40 years. Now I wonder if they just wanted to know we were from out of country so they could serve us their leftovers from the day before. My chicken was so overcooked and dry I could not cut it. The rest... I am new to Atlanta and I have decided to devote my free time to exploring the city. I stumbled across this amazing restaurant one day after getting off of the MARTA train in College Park. The enticing smell of the real pit BBQ reminded me of my favorite BBQ place in Miami. I walked in to the restaurant and... More

Great BBQ --simple--very close to airport and public transportation. Service with a smile-will be back.

We found this place while staying close to the Atlanta airport, and were very satisfied. It's a small rustic place meeting our expectations as a southern barbecue joint. The bartender, Melissa, was a true mixologist. Big generous drinks. My wife's lemon drop was the best she ever had and my gimlet was shaken and outstanding. I have read reviews that... More

Title says it all. Got there shortly after 12:00 pm and was told that the pulled pork plate BBQ wasn't ready yet. So, I went for the 'chopped beef' on platter (with cole slaw and mac-n-cheese). Service was pleasant - but really slow. The kitchen was slow. I appreciate the flavor of the meal - but it wasn't worth having... More

After reading reviews of this restaurant we were excited to try some of the bbq there. We loved the atmosphere immediately. It is in a great location and the decor is funky and what you would expect a bbq joint to look like. Sadly, the service was awful. We waited almost an hour for our food, then another 20 minutes... I love the location of this restaurant. It's right off Main Street in College Park, GA. Often times in the south the only types of meet served is chicken and pork. But I order the Beef Brisket plate. It was delicious! The sauces are kept on the table for guest to add as needed - I love that it doesn't... More

Tender Pull Pork, Fun & Friendly Bartenders This is definitely the spot for some tasty barbeque in College Park. Combined with the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, I think you will enjoy dining here. I ordered the “Pulled Pork Plate” with baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread as sides along with homemade lemonade. Besides the beans having a bit of a buttery... More

Had the brisket and it was very good. Another in my party had the pulled pork which was also good. The collard greens were prepared in an unusual and very tasty way. Mac & cheese mediocre. I requested fries instead of the Mac & cheese and was told it couldn't be subbed even at an upcharge. Separate checks were provided... More
