Our dinner was good, but I had expected a little better because of all the good reviews. The Inn is charming, a lovely setting. The dining room was very nice, and quiet! Our caesar salads were boring, then a lovely little sorbet came as a palate cleanser. My entree was the monkfish, but the tempura coating was limp and soggy.... More

I couldn't have asked for a better pre-Mother's Day dinner experience for my Mom. The food was impeccable, the ambiance was spot on and the staff were all very courteous and made my Mother feel like she was a dignitary!!! Thank you Chef and thank you Glen-Ella!!!

A delightful dining experience! It's been years since I was at Glen-Ella Springs and was so thrilled that the restaurant was as good or even better than I remember. We did not stay at the Inn, just there for dinner. Chef prepared red grouper with a roasted red pepper sauce, rack of lamb, and rainbow trout for our table. Everything... More

Awesome food, garden views, great service. NOT cheap, BUT well worth the experience. Get a room with excellent, unique appointments. A night to remember for special occasions.

Located an hour and a half from Atlanta in the North Georgia mountains, restaurant offers a gourmet menu in a historic inn. Full menu of appetisers, soup, salads, entrees and desserts. We go a couple of times a year and stay at the Inn. This last stay we had She Crap Soup. I had lamb and my wife had the... More

The food was really good. We planned on eating there only one of our nights. However,on the second evening on our way to the room to change and go out, we noticed they were delivering room service. We both smiled at each other and decided to have them deliver dinner to our room. First night we had Lamb Chops, salads,... More

Very quite, excellent service. Very good wine list. The rack of lamb was the best I have ever eaten. Our waitress was new on the job that day. Someone trained her very well as she did an excellent job. We have eaten here before and always enjoy taking new guests as the road in is an experience all in it... More

My husband and I found Glen-Ella through a list we found in our time share at Apple Mountain near Clarksville several years ago. We make it a point to eat there almost every time we visit the area. Their lamb chops are prepared so well, the other selections I have tried over the years are delicious also! The seating is... More
