The Attic is a unique restaurant. An old gas station turned into a new fueling station. My wife and I stopped in to have dinner. We were greeted and seated promptly. The place was not very busy I guess due to it being a Monday night. The menu was ample enough. The waitress was prompt and... read more

My last review of The Attic had them as the BEST in Clarkesville. That's just no longer the case. The food, when done right, is very good (duh!). Sometimes they mess up, which is not acceptable for the prices they charge in this small town. Sides can be hilariously small - get an order of asparagus - four pieces, really?!... More

We come to this part of the world about 4 times a year. The last time we came, we met a lady who stated that we really had to try The Attic. This time, we were planning to have lunch with friends and they recommended that we meet at The Attic. Of course, the first thing I did was to... More

I had the best hamburger here I've ever had. I was a little surprised since we had eaten here before and weren't overly impressed. It was a blue cheese and bacon burger that I thought was out of this world...and I've eaten a lot of burgers. Cooked crispy on the outside, med rare on the inside, made from Angus beef.... More

We went into town expecting to try another restaurant for lunch but it was crowded and noisy. We looked across the street and saw The Attic and decided to try it. There were six in our party and we were seated right away. We had a very friendly waitress and we ordered and our food was there shortly. We were... More

The Salmon Salad is great! Service is good, atmosphere friendly. Outdoor seating can be nice at certain times of the year. Too hot and too many flys in the summer, we had to move indoors. More fans would help the outdoor experience.

Had dinner, steak, really not a great piece of meat and nothing else was special. Wife's food was no better, not worth the prices.

Great server but food was very poor quality; The $26 Ribeye was half fat/grissle IE not eatable; server said it was what they were getting from their provider lately (bad answer to me); portion of salmon on salmon salad seemed smaller than in times past; I really hate that as I believe we are on the third owner in the... There are not many options for 'finer' dining in this area. My husband found this and we decided to try it. We enjoyed the food. The 'toast' on the salads were dry and had no taste. The entrees were yummy. I would eat there again if we were in the area.

Glad you enjoyed the entrees and we will look into trying new spices on the salad croutons. Thank you for your input, we hope you come back and see us! More

I've eaten here a few time. I'm not impressed. And it's expensive. For my money I can find other local restaurants I like much better
