After so many excellent meals with the Attic, today was a major disappointment. The bacon was left off my bacon, cheese and tomato sandwich. I was brought cold bacon to put in the grilled sandwich. The French Onion soup was warm if that, not hot. My friend's French fries were cold and cooked earlier in the day. If I can't... More

The Attic is evidence that great food is available in small town America. The Lobster Pimento Cheese Dip is excellent, as was the Red Pepper soup. The shrimp dinner was paired with broccoli that was great. The Grilled Romaine Salad was as good as any I have had before. If you find yourself in Clarksville, GA you should eat here.

We were delighted to find a restaurant open Sunday night in the area. There were three other restaurants we wanted to go to but they were closed the two nights we were in the area. The Attic will not disappoint. Wide variety on the menu, well prepared plates, well seasoned food. Lovely restaurant, excellent service. Considered going back the next... More

A friend and I where traveling back to Atlanta after a long day of hiking in the mountains and he recommended the Attic for a late dinner stop on the way back. He had stopped there for a meal with his wife a few weeks before and was excited about going back. It was every bit as good as he... More

Good food. We had a great server. One thing there cook staff needs hair nets and wait staff needs to not play with there hair in the kitchen area. That's how a hair could have ended up in my plate.

During a recent stay in Cleveland, my husband and I wanted to find a nice restaurant that wasn't too expensive, wasn't too stuffy, but offered great food. We found all of that in the gem known as The Attic. We LOVED the atmosphere. It wasn't too uptight, but it was a nice place to have a romantic dinner. We ordered... More

Some friends and I were having a ladies only weekend, and dropped in to have lunch. From the outside it didn't even look like a restaurant, except for the outdoor seating. The interior was refinished to keep the buildings original walls intact. They were full for Tuesday lunch. I had the grilled romaine salad that was absolutely wonderful. Most had... More

My last review of The Attic had them as the BEST in Clarkesville. That's just no longer the case. The food, when done right, is very good (duh!). Sometimes they mess up, which is not acceptable for the prices they charge in this small town. Sides can be hilariously small - get an order of asparagus - four pieces, really?!... More

The Attic is a unique restaurant. An old gas station turned into a new fueling station. My wife and I stopped in to have dinner. We were greeted and seated promptly. The place was not very busy I guess due to it being a Monday night. The menu was ample enough. The waitress was prompt and brought his 2 very... More
