Everytime we r up in Ellijay or BlueRidge we have to stop and get their Onion Rings. They come 6 to a basket and r big and crispy. We sometimes just stop and get them and gobble them down in the car. Have tried the Chicken and Dumplings too. They r also good. Worth the drive

We dined at The Pink Pig for lunch. We started with an order of onion rings. They were delicious. I ordered a small garlic salad and a BBQ sandwich with a side of coleslaw. The garlic salad was very good. It is a must try..The BBQ sandwich was ok but the coleslaw was delicious. My family ordered BBQ sandwiches as... More

Visited with nine others and the food was quite dreadful. I'd been to the pink pig years ago and was looking forward to my visit. Both pulled pork and beef were so dry it wouldnt rehydrate no matter how much sauce I put on it. Tasted like cardboard. The famous buds spuds were cold limp and greasy. It was very... More

Had to try this place since we saw so much advertising along the highway. It is a little out of the way, but I thought it was worth the drive. They have been in business since 1967, so that says something there. You just don't stay in business that long if you don't have good food, service and competitive prices.... More

Six of us went for dinner and 4 of us ordered baby back ribs. All four were served cold. The actual bone was ice cold. The place is cute and the service was great but the main ingredient was Vinegar. One senior had the pork plate and it was very dry.

Food was just OK. Out of the way. Service was average. Prices seemed to be a little high for the quality. Go to Joes in Blue Ridge if you're in the area.

This restaurant is a Cherry Log landmark. The ribs and the pork were above average however the beef was dry and crusty. The Brunswick Stew was very good along with the appetizers. Service was fast and friendly

We stopped by The Pink Pig for BBQ while staying in Ellijay, and were disappointed with the food. The pork was dry and cold when served, and I am pretty sure it made me sick. The sides were mediocre at best and rolls were better off not served to anyone. The only reason this was rated a two instead of... More

Overall my experiences here have been very good. Service and food both good. They are better than average in my view, so I give them very good overall. Never had a problem of any kind, so it has been and was this last visit a good experience. Open on Sunday so that is a plus, because many local BBQ places... More

I hadn't eaten here for a few years, mainly because it's just doesn't come to mind when I am craving bar-b-que. Today, I found myself in the area and that familiar craving hit so I thought I would stop in for a bite. Local legend says that this was President Jimmy Carter's favorite restaurant when he was fishing in the... More
