Appalachian Grill

A little local favorite located under the bridge tucked away downtown Cartersville. Food was excellent and a lot of it. Different and unique menu with plenty for all to enjoy. The dinner rolls are to die for.

This restaurant has a southwestern theme, reminiscent of restaurants I've visited in Colorado. It is a small and intimate setting. Their salads are large and delicious, and I especially enjoyed their gorgonzola dressing and the sweet muffin served with the salad. The pecan crusted chicken and sweet potato souffle was extremely tasty, and their roast beef selection of the day... More

I met a friend at the Appalachian Grill yesterday for lunch. We were seated promptly. The atmosphere was cozy, warm and inviting. I had the mountain salad with grilled salmon, it was wonderful, as usual. My friend also had the mushroom soup, it was great, I'll have it next time that I'm there. All & all the Appalachian Grill offers... More

In Cartersville, Georgia on business for a couple of days? Tired of all the same chains with indistinguishable food? I recommend the Appalacian Grill. It has atmosphere and friendly staff and servers. Oh, and the food -- really good. You won't regred the visit there. I had the seafood pasta. Five seafoods: shrimp, large scallops, muscles, salmon, and tilapia over... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by several friends while staying at the nearby Navy Recreation Center on Lake Allatoona. We stopped at the restaurant while visiting Cartersville for lunch. We were enthusiastically greeted at the door and seated immediately. The restaurant soon filled up and there were people waiting for seating. The service was excellent and the meal was... More

Excellent restaurant downtown. Our first visit here and definitely not our last. The rolls are addicting and my catfish was very good. My wife's Rueben was also very good. Kelly our waitress was extremely prompt and knowledgeable of the menu. Can't wait to go back.

We were there for dinner.. The service was horrible.. The food was not fresh or hot.. Waited over an hour for the food to come to the table only for it to be served cold and tasteless.. When we complained the owner did nothing at all.. We complained about the wine that was obviously rancid!! The owner did nothing.. Don't... More
