I have risotto that was to die for, but evening prices are higher than most in the area. The beef was delicious and prepared well. The sauces are chef prepared and very tasty. Lunch is a better check, if you are looking to budget.

My friend and I like to venture out once a month and try out new (to us) restaurants in the metropolitan Atlanta area. This month we took a drive into Buford and dined at Aqua Terra Bistro. (True confession - we were expecting to check out a different restaurant in the same part of town, but they weren't open when... More

I noticed some variability in the food. I've eaten there often enough to have had a few repeats. Getting a meal that leaves me longing to return and the finding the second helping is not as memorable has happened twice. Granted the second trip was still delicious, it just didn't leaving the same craving. I am familiar repeated excellence as... More

The food here is absolutely wonderful. Portions are huge, my husband and I usually end up sharing a meal and each getting a salad. Only thing I wish they would change (especially for big parties and on holidays, New Years Eve, etc) is by accepting reservations.

I went here for my 30th birthday and was not disappointed! The food was great! We had the lamb and steak, which I think was a 'daily special', very good! They also bring out a really good bread and dip as an appetizer. Great atmosphere as well. Only issue is that the restaurant overall is a bit dark, could use... More

We have enjoyed going to Aqua Terra for years. They have greatly expanded the restaurant over the years. Still very quaint. The food is always tasty. Go more for a special lunch out these days.

This place is amazing. Visiting a local client and they brought me here. The ambiance is fabulous, giant gorgeous mural on the wall, unique paintings i couldnt quit staring at, the food was fantastic. I had the special of the day the chicken salad sandwich & it was huge & fabulous. the potato salad with the little red potatoes. we... More

The Mister and I always enjoy a visit to Aqua Terra. Though a tad pricey for Buford, we always get excellent service and fabulous cocktails. Every once in a while, an entree isn't absolutely perfect, but if you get the creamed corn (not on the menu, but ask for it!), you won't care if your steak isn't quite as good... More

What took me so long to try this restaurant? This is a gem in downtown Buford. Delicious food, beautifully presented, in an atmosphere that's relaxing and not at all stuffy. I'll be back for sure.

This is a quality place in the burbs. This place is on par with Buckhead. The food is good and the service is just as good. Love this hidden gem!
