A greasy spoon that's always crowded

A greasy spoon that's always crowded. Worth the 5 min drive off I-20. Got a grilled Ham & cheese for Me, Mom & our little guy. It was a real cut of ham, not processed. I would expect everything else they do is really good based on that!!

Bacon eggs Grits biscuit all homemade a must stop on a road trip for a breakfast break. The country home chatter of the locals adds to the environment

Very good "comfort" food, served in an atmosphere that fills more like grandma's kitchen table, than anything else.

What a great find. Simple menu, homestyle food with great service.....in and out in 20 minutes. Basic decor but that's not what you come for!

Just like Mom's... breakfast & lunch home style cooking. Simplicity at its best, YUMMY. Great waitstaff, friendly, fast service with a smile. I like to support non-chain restaurants & businesses whenever I can.

Simple cooking just like your mom or granny--if you are from the South. Always loads of folks there, breakfast and lunch. No fancy menu, it is hand-written. If you arrive for a late lunch, your selections drop with a simple scratch through. Good, honest, hard-working moms and geandmoms for waitstaff. Nothing fancy here. This place specializes and caters to hard-working... More

Solid "meat and three" home cooking. Get there early before items are scratched off the menu. Oh yeah!
