Based upon other reviews, we decided to try this hamburger joint. We had hoped it would have a vegetarian burger to please the one non-meat eating person in our party. It did not. She was satisfied with the turkey burger. The rest of us ordered cheeseburgers and found the burgers good enough but way too large. For $1.99 extra, we... More

Best hamburgers in Blue Ridge by far. The advertisement says so, the hamburgers taste so. Homemade cakes are great. Friendly staff.

Sandwiches and EXCELLENT desserts. It is not fast food. They cook after you order. It is fresh and good.

new ownership hasn't changed much here. perhaps even a little bette house keeping. one thing is for sure the burgers are bigger and netter than ever. each one is grilled to order or a flat top that has been seasoned by thousands of other burgers. only other burger i've had that could touch this in a 40 mile radius is... If you are looking for fast...this is not the place! If you do not carry cash, get some before you go! Burgers were ok, but far from the best! The fish sandwich was good! They were cutting nice big farm fresh tomatoes, which were very tasty on the fish sandwich! Do not try their garlic salad! It smelled rancid and... More

Food was not good, tables were dirty. Cake looked good but was dry, found hair in it. To expensive for food you get.

Pitiful slow....now waiting 15 minutes for my burger....several waiting ahead of me....obviously they are defensive about the long delays as there is a sign on the counter saying "this is NOT a fast food restaurant, place your order and sit down' we will call you when it's ready" I kid u not....no credit cards here...I can't say I would go... Went to sue's on the 4th of July. Little did we know they close at 7pm. Got there about 630 and placed our order. Sat down on a dirty table and watched two dozen people get turned away. The hours sign is at the far end of the restaurant. The burgers were good, fries were good as well. I am... More

We visited Sue's during a family vacation on the recommendation of locals. Not sure if I would call it the "best burger in town". The general consensus of our group of 14 is that it is a very good burger but too well done in my opinion and the bottom of the bun fell apart which made it difficult to... More

New owners and the food and especially service is terrible!!!! The new people behind the counter are nasty! You better believe that if someone touches my money the touches my food right after is nasty!!!! Wish the nice lady that use to run it was still there!
