I was visiting from out of town and ate here for lunch. I was very pleased with both the food and the service! They offer a variety of delicious sandwiches and they also have homemade ice cream! I sat in the outdoor eating area overlooking the downtown shops and scenic railway. I would defiantly recommend this restaurant and will come... More

7 of us had a great lunch, no complaints. The menu had lots of options, service was good, food excellent and downtown Blue Ridge has something for everyone. Perfect fall day!

Just revisited after a couple of years. Disappointed that they were out of quiche (a main feature on menu) and the vegetarian vegetable soup was not as good as it used to be.

Proprietress Danielle is delightful and uses the best quality ingredients to make her ice cream and other delectables. We unfortunately did not get to enjoy a meal here. Next time!!

This is a restaurant nestled in a shopping area downtown. It is very expensive and does not have set closing hours. When you walk in they decide when the kitchen will be closed!! The service is not served with a smile, more of your putting them out. On the menu is sandwiches and soup but only one soup was offered.... More

I went there this afternoon for lunch, it was in the 60's outside, but we had our dog with us so we went there since they offered outdoor seating in front and allowed pets. The server came to us after 10 minutes of us staring at them thru the window and they took our drink order and gave us menus.... More

Food is pretty good, but the owners are mean as hell. Nice sandwiches and such, but more of a picnic type atmosphere. Not bad, but there are better places downtown.

I went with my daughter and 4 o granddaughter. 1 child's sandwich, 2 adult chicken salad sandwiches and one bowl of soup, 2 sodas. $38 with tip. About $8 too much for what we got and the casual diner atmosphere. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean. The choices were perfect for a sandwich shop. But, for the price,... More

My mom and I stopped in today after we realized the yogurt store next door had closed. We were greeted by a very friendly girl who explained that all of their ice cream is made in house. She old us we could sample any of the flavors we wanted. We ended up getting a cup of the cherry ice cream,... More

I hate to see it happen: what was once a great restaurant crumbles under new management/ownership. It's still decent -- don't get me wrong; however, the prices are way too high for the quality of food that they are serving. I usually get a salad which is about $10 (same price as it used to be), only difference is it... More
