Very Tasty Experience

This was my first time experience with Turkish food and from the meal I had at Bosphorous, it won't be the last. The staff was great and very attentive. They have a nice wine list and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend a stop here for dinner while in Winter Park.

Having traveled to Turkey and eaten in many of their finest restaurants, I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't sitting in Istanbul. Everything we ordered was authentic, tasty and well served. Will happily go back on our next visit to S. Park Ave. in Winter Park.

Start with the lavash that arrives on a large sheet with a huge bubble that is fun to pop. We chose the babaganoush and tarama to compliment the lavash but the lavash is tasty just on it own. I had the lamb shanks. The meat was tender and flavorful. My wife had the moussaka. The portions were plentiful but we... More

The lamb dishes are superb and the bread is tasty and different - a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed the preparation and choice of sides served with Lamb Sis Kebap and look forward to returning.

Stopped off for a impromptu spot of lunch and was impressed at the quality and authenticity of the food. As with many restaurants portions are generous so we chose to share both and appetiser and also a main course. We sat outside so we could take in the atmosphere on the street. - the only downside for me is having... More

Fantastic Lavas bread! You have to try it for an appetizer. We had hummus (yum!) and eggplant dip (not my fav but still good). We couldn't stop eating the bread! The menu was a little difficult to tell the differences in chicken dishes but our server was helpful. I had my kabob "yogurt style" and I'd describe it as "Italian... More

The food was good but I can't say it was 100%. It is quite similar to Turkish food and the names etc. are the same but some sauces and condiments were not made correctly thus the taste of the food becomes auite lackluster. I'd recommend another Tirkish restaurant called Cappadocia in the area which is much more similar to the... More

My wife and I were heading out of Winter Park, Florida by train and had a limited amount of time for lunch before leaving. We came to the restaurant and told the desk we had only a short time and they immediately seated us and the service was fantastic. Having written that the meal was evening better. I had the... More
