This is a first class place for quick, good Cuban food. They have full meals as well as sandwiches. All the food is well prepared and severed quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We usually sit at the counter and have interact with many of the staff. The Cuban sandwiches are excellent. They are made with a traditional... More

The service was excellent and food even better. They have a huge variety of unique drinks to try. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food and the outside patio was a delight in March! They were even great with my daughter. She made a mess (of which I always offer to clean!) but the guys kept insisting it... More

I love this place. The food is always, always consistently delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite is the Masa de Puerco. Served with black beans, rice, salad and plantains. You can have the sweet plantains or tostones (green). You won't go wrong with either. The pork is seasoned with delicious latin spices and the rice and beans... More

Great Cuban food and a nice price point. This place has ben a local's favorite for may years and it is deserved! The location is tiney, with limited seating, and tight parking. Despite this, it is very popular.

I am writing this regarding the newer Black Bean Deli on Colonial. I was wavering between 3 and 4 stars by the way. First the food is great value. I love the avocado salad dressing, the plantains, and their specials usually please. On the downside, I feel the cubans used to be better. My bread seemed not as fresh, and... More

I thought the black beans delicious. The cuban did not stand out as anything special, though I am not a connoisseur of Cuban sandwiches. The atmosphere is minimal with nice details. The bar is inviting and there is a nice outdoor seating available, though the traffic noise from Colonial pushed us indoors. Service is attentive not intrusive. The cafecito, shot... More

You can't really call it a restaurant there is barely anywhere to sit. But get the for real truly authentic cuban sandwich and black bean soup. You will leave here singing La Cucaracha. But it is very nice and clean the guys are great.....get a bunch to take home for the game.

This place is not what it used to be and we noticed that they don't have the same cook (a Spanish lady) there is very little seasoning in the food including the black beans! service is just ok and food is mostly to go. I stopped by again last week to see if the flavor improved but it didn't and... More

Excellent Cuban food for a really good price. Here's an idea... Go to lunch early here to avoid the crowd. Mojo Pork special is on the top of the list. A close second is the Cuban sandwich with a couple of ham croquettes. If you have a bad visit at least try it one more time. You owe it to... More

Ordered a special (black bean soup and 4" Cuban sandwich) which I thoroughly enjoyed, and had enough left over for supper the next night. The prices were very reasonable, hard to beat in this better area of Orlando. I will return.
