I've been to Prato once before, the service was amazing and the food was good. I knew that the executive chef was the same from Luma, which is another great place to eat. Until last weekend, I probably would have suggested this place. After an unfortunate lightening storm, a group of friends and I were displaced from Scratch to Prato.... More

We are empty nesters in our late 40's, foodies from Atlanta in Orlando for a conference. We drove to Winter Park on the recommendation of friends. Parking is mostly on-street. We enjoyed wandering up and down the more than a mile of shops and restaurants in historic Winter Park before settling on Prato for dinner. We loved the look of... More

Delicious food, nice atmosphere. The wood-oven pizzas are fantastic. Nice wine list & waitstaff give good recommendations. Menu is short. In the afternoon they only serve pizzas. Gets very crowded weekend nights.

I adore everything about this restaurant! The food, service and atmosphere are all great. Their food is higher in price but if you order smaller plates & a pizza the cost is reasonable for the quality of food and service you receive. Prato is definitely a "must try"!

I went there on a friday night with some friends and left my name at the hostess at 8.25 pm. We were standing at the bar while waiting and ordered few drinks and an appetizer. We waited until 10.10 pm then we decided to leave. Lack of communication from hostess. I saw just 1 manager running the place which for... More

We're dined here on a few occasions and have come to find out it's more convenient to have drinks and appetizers here. Throughout the week this restaurant becomes very packed and stuffy, almost like a sardine can. We usually try to find a table off to the side in the bar area and order a few drinks and a couple... As long as you stick with items on the menu with NO REQUESTS for modifications, you're likely to get good tasting food, albeit at a pretty high price for what you receive. The portions are small, and the noise level is so high at dinner time that you simply cannot carry on a conversation with the person across the table... More

Had dinner last evening for the first time with 2 couples. Sat at the Chef's table in the back of the restaurant. The decor is beautiful! The service was top-notch!! The servers were passionate and knowable about the menu. We shared mussels, pizza, salad, and several amazing pastas... I will be back often!!! In addition the bar is awesome! Great... More

The meatballs are out of this world !!! The crostinis & beef carpaccio are also very good. The shrimp ravioli is absolutely fabulous. No wonder the place is absolutely full. Make reservations !!!

We started with pretzel crusted calamari, had the Americans pizza and campaign a salad. eVERYTHING was delicious and unique. The ambiance had a really cool vibe too. We loved this place and look forward to trying the sister restaurant Luma
