Best fresh pasta in town

Fresh pasta, with an ever-changing creative menu so you never get bored! Menu also usually has a tasty duck or beef/ meat offering. Pizzas are thin crust and artisan. Atmosphere is trendy, and energetic. Think about reservations on weekends.

Took Sunrail to Winter Park station. We had never been there before and were pleasantly surprised with their downtown. It is lined with quaint shops and dining options galore. Then the afternoon rains began. We asked a merchant what was nearby for lunch. He pointed out Prato and said we would like it. We sure did. We had pizza, baked... More

My wife and I had a great lunch here. Our server was excellent and the food was prompt, fresh, and delicious. My wife had the caprese piadine and raved about it. I had the Caesar, which was very good, with a side of meatballs. The meatballs were perfection, with pork, beef, and mostly veal. Expensive little meatballs, but really, really... More

Love Prato specially for their fresh ingredients and delicious pizza, also the ambiance is really neat. Make sure you make reservations in advance because it can get quite busy and you might have to wait for a table for a while.

We had a nice family dinner here and would highly recommend it. It is somewhat difficult to get a table so definitely make a reservation early. The place is very busy and loud for us but our college age kids thought it was great. I guess we are getting older. Anyway, the service was very good and informative. The appetizers... More

Terrific food-service-ambience for our first visit here and we will surely return! Enjoyed each aspect. We opted for sharing 2 of their popular entrees: veal scallopine and bistecca. Both very enjoyable and well prepared. Favorite was the veal served atop a bed of delicious polenta with delicious veggies. Fellow dinners opted for their pizza and were happy they did. Very... Lovely atmosphere. Generally bartenders are nice and professional and have common sense, others - so so. Food was a bit too spicy for my taste but my friends liked it. Would go there any other time with pleasure. Difficult to find a table if not booking in advance.

The ambiance here is really great. If you want a more romantic feel, sit nexto to the plant wall; for home, sit close to the kitchen; relaxed dinner or drinks, go close to the bar. Food was excellent, great portions and great taste. One of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. The server was really friendly, always coming back... More

Step 1. Make reservation. Step 2. Go an hour early and head to the bar. Step 3. Ask barkeep to recommend a wine in your preferred category. Step 4. Order meatball appetizers. Step 5. When seated, ask waitstaff to bring their favorites. Step 6. Repeat as often as you can.
