Went for breakfast and dinner, both times service was great and food was delicious! The cafe con leche was amazing!!!! Beef empanada was to die for - crust was flaky and flavorful and the filling was moist. I had the roast pork with yellow rice and both were delicious. Every time I go to south Florida, I always eat at... More

If you like Cuban Coffee , this is the right place , I go there very often for breakfast. The waitresses will make you feel like if you were at home , they are nice and attentive. When you go there don't expect a quick service , just relax and enjoy the moment

If you really like a nice Cuban Cafe con Leche, this is the right place to find it. The service is a bit slow but you can actually socialize with the waitresses , they are funny and attentive. Food is simple but okay, I go there when I feel like a nice coffee, when you go there just relax and... More

Once a year, when I am back in town I stop at this old time fort Cuban institution, and it never fails. Stop by for lunch, and you will get a taste of Cuban life in Fort Lauderdale beside a good taste of Cuban food.

I have ordered 3 different meals lately. All were average at best but none were bad. The portions were very generous and somewhat presentable. The prices were very reasonable and the service was average or better than average. Overall score.... "AVERAGE", but still better than other higher priced establishments in Broward County.

Cuban restaurant with venanita (walk up window). They have ceramic tile on the walls, and a flat screen TV. Their customers are families, and lot's of seniors. When you enter the aroma of coffee, roast pork and black beans is great. Every table is glass topped with a menu underneath. Hal and I both had: Roasted pork, with onion's, rice... More

I have always liked Cuban food and this place is very good. They have a wide selection of choices from sandwiches to hot dinner plates. The prices are very good and you don't leave hungry.

The food is great here. They have the best chicken soup when you have a cold. Sandwiches are excellent as well. Prices are good and they have a walk up window if you don't want to go in.

If you love Cuban food, this is the place to go. Try the mariquitas as an appetizer and anything else. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, this is great. Also, try their cafe con leche, it is fantastic.

Unfortunately, the Greater Ft Lauderdale area doesn't have many Cuban restaurants, and I LOVE Cuban food. But I can't say that I love Las Colinas. Foremost, the service is very slow. It seems as though they may not always have a manager/owner on duty, so the servers are quite slow. You can practically wait 10 mins w/out anyone coming to... More
