A chic Japanese family run restaurant. Ceviche was really well prepared with simple vibrant flavors and fresh fish. Monk fish liver was light and creamy paired with again simple but delicious flavors. Sashimi/Sushi: Rice was on the spot, had the right balance of sweetness/vinegar ratio. Toro was high grade as it melted like butter. Octopus, hamachi, & salmon also were... More

Best place to eat sushi, hands down. We had the new yorker, sozo and cali crunch. Excellent service as well. We will be back.

I love Sushi, and in my opinion, Sozo Sushi Bar in Wilton Manors serves one of the best Sushi. The place is very, very small. They have very few tables inside, and very few tables outside. The place is family owned. Service is great, and the food is delicious! If you love sushi like we do, definitely want to check... More

This was a great stop for sushi...very fresh and delicious. The place is very tiny with limited seating but we walked right in, but it was a Wednesday night during off season. It is ran by a family who take care of you like you are family. We suggest the crab shumai as an appetizer. Also, try the mango tango... More

These are good sushi selection (simple yet original). But it is too pricy for the menu selection. Flavor-wise they are great and comfortable place to grab a quick bite after some bar time LOL

I had some friends turn me on to this place several years ago. I have probably been there at least 40 times. I guess I didn't want to review it because I didn't want this little gem to get too popular. It's small and can get crowded quickly. I've had sushi all over the world, and this is truly my... More

This is a small, pleasant sushi bar with a few tables inside and out. I have had sushi/sashimi in many places including Japan and this was a first rate experience. The hamachi was wonderful and at the perfect temperature. I have had cold and even frozen fish on occasion and it's not pleasant. The eel melted in my mouth. We... More

I'm no stranger to sushi, for years, all over the world when the opportunity has presented itself I've taken it. Imagine my surprise at the excellent quality of the meals at Sozo. This small (7 table?) unassuming restaurant right on Wilton Drive is a true gem. The seaweed salad is delicious and beautiful combination of various types of this Japanese... More

Second time here, and my only regret that I can't visit more often! The menu is short and oh so sweet, the daughter...service is quick and efficient, the father, rolling the sushi with the freshest of ingredients, the mother keeping the whole place humming, i do believe this is near perfection! can only recommend! Love Sozo!
