This was our 3rd visit to this little cafe, and we were NOT disappointed. My husband ordered the meatloaf sandwich and I had the pimento burger. We enjoyed every bite, including his onion rings and my onion straws. We still found the vintage decor fun and the service was great! Unfortunately, we... read more

Best Shrimp and Grits this Southern girl has ever had! Largest, best tasting cakes I've ever seen and eaten. I bought the cookbook and her "Dixie Dust". It's a small place so I would definitely recommend reservations. Mom-mom & Pop-pop

Given this was 1:30 on Valentines Day afternoon we were more than willing to cut this restaurant a little slack. They were busy. We were seated and waited for ten minutes until our drink orders were taken. Tea was delivered w/in five minutes and the waiter then disappeared. After another fifteen minutes two pleasant ladies were seated right next to... More

Had a great meal of "Cheesey Grits topped with Baked Beans and Pulled Pork". Then baked, what a great combination, who would of though. The service was great and the inside was a wonderful surprise. If we had stayed in the area Longer, would of went back and tried something else, all the plates that went by us, looked very... More

Girlfriend and I ate lunch here and what a wonderful surprise. Loved the "bed and breafast' atmosphere and the food was delicious. Waiter could have been a little friendlier, but they were packed, with people standing in line outside!!! MUST make a reservation, even for lunch. Booked our Valentine's Day/Wedding Anniversary dinner the very next day. This is DEFINITELY a... More

My wife and I discovered Cotillion Southern Cafe three years ago and have dined there many times. The food is amazing, the service is excellent and the home made desserts are decadent. Not only do we love this restaurant ourselves, but we own a bed and breakfast 35 minutes away and recommend Cotillion to all our guests. This is the... More

What a delightful evening we had at the Cotillion Southern Cafe last evening! The food was delicious and plentiful and the atmosphere was "homey"--- southern hospitality through and through. From the pimento cheese and fried tomato appetizers to the three pieces of cake we had packed up to take home to eat later, it was all a real treat. Our... More

Wow! Met college daughter at exit to make an exchange and "found" this place for dinner! We didn't have a reservation but they managed to fit us in and we're glad they did! Unbelievable delicious food! The desserts must be seen! True southern food! We had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, baked crispy chicken, banana pudding, and salted caramel... More

Wonderful food in a small charming restaurant. Five ladies visited this restaurant for dinner. Luckily we had reservations because this restaurant fills quickly. We each enjoyed our meal. My chicken pot pie was presented in a unique way. The inside of the pot pie was in a gravy boat and the puff pastry was on the side. Friends had the... More

The food is always wonderful here. It is abundant, served efficiently, and the desserts are totally sinful! Save room because you will have to try them!
