I always check the bathroom before I eat at an establishment, I would have ran out the door if I could.... I decided to give it a try anyways and I totally regret it. Terrible service, and the quality of food has totally gone downhill. Last time I've been to this Hooters was in 2011 and it was WAY better... More

First time in Hooters. Very busy which shows it's popularity. Food quality was very good as was service. Food overpriced but I guess this is due to the sports tv type ambience and service.

Perhaps one just shouldn't expect much from a place that pitches itself the way H**ters does. But the situation was strange: the portions were literally half the size of what you get at other sports bars (for example Applebee's as a standard chain slightly on the boring end, or the local nearby Jack Island which has much more character). It... More

Fish was cod and done with a very like coating. At 1/2 of it and enjoyed the rest in my hotel room the next day. Bartender was nice and received good service. Not much going on there. II sat at bar and was along and did get into conversation with a few people from out of state too..

Our waitress Cristina was very rude and seemed to be preoccupied with talking and texting with her coworkers. She definitely didn't feel like working nor took the time to talk with us. Bad experience.. Won't be back.

After entering, I waited at the hostess stand for a while. No one ever came. I finally went over to the "To go" spot. Again, waited for 5 minutes before being noticed. Ordered and waited 30 minutes for wings. Got them home and my "hot" wings were seasoned incorrectly. I'm guessing that they were mild. So disappointed!

Poor service! Very surprised. Music was too loud and girls were rude. Wings dry and bland. Server took forever to get to us. Left plates when we finished and appeared to be more interested in texting at the side of the bar area

We sat right under one of the TV's and they were playing the college football games. I thought I was going to go deaf. I'm young and I can usually handle loud environments, but this was a little excessive. We had to have a manager turn it down (which she was happy to do!).

The title speaks for itself. I won't elaborate but the scenery was breathtaking; its just that the waitstaff was not responsive nor polite. Very unusual for the South - I usually only expect apathetic waitstaff in New England.
