Their Tuesday pasta night is amazing. All pastas on the menu, plus two pasta specials, are $10. We all had to take our dinners home, the portions were so large. Waiters were attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful dinning experience last evening. We celebrated a birthday with a group of seven family members. Everyone's food was great. Can't say enough about the attentive and warm service at Maison Carlos. Carlos himself checked on us to make sure we were enjoying everything. Our waiter was a delight. The grouper and penne and vodka were delicious and the key lime pie the perfect way to end the meal. Buon appetito!
