Stresa is a laid back "Old World" feel restaurant. Wide range of menu items...good pastas and very good veal dishes. Shrimp in spicy tomato sauce was also a hit at our table.

We were four people for dinner at Stresa, Woolbright west of I 95 in West Palm Beach. The special was Chicken Cacciatori. I ordered this dish and asked the waitress if I could please have dark meat. She said, "no problem". When the meals were served, my dish had all white meat chicken. When I questioned the waitress, she said... More

Stresa, located in a small strip mall is a hidden gem. I usually have Veal parmagiana with pasta. Always fresh and delicious. They have excellent homemade pasta's.

Coming from Utica, NY, where Italian cuisine dominates, this restaurant was like a trip back home!! A huge menu, with all of the typical varieties of veal, chicken, beef, and fish. Lots of appetizers to choose from. The waitstaff was helpful and friendly. There was chianti by the glass! The marinara sauce was great! Highly recommended!

Do not be turned off by the outside appearance of the restaurant building. The restaurant inside is lovely. We had the early bird special

The wait staff has an Italian accent, makes it extra special. The food is delivered knowing that there is a great chef back in that kitchen. Try the cappelini pomodoro for a treat. Not sure if they still give you delicious little Italian cookies when you are finishing up. Great place to stop in for a business lunch, as well.

After everyone raved about this place I went. I am Italian and know what it should taste like and how it should be presented. This was very expensive chef boyardee.

While the outside looks like a strip mall shop, the restaurant is great. Authentic Italian food, great service and a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend the Shrimp Franchese served over Capellini, it was delicious. The wait staff is excellent, friendly and efficient.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while searching for something other than a chain in the neighborhood...doesn't look like much from the outside but on this Tuesday night the parking lot was packed. Lovely decor, fabulous food & wine, terrific service! Fresh homemade desserts were superb. Doesn't get better than this...
