Authentic and great Thai food

The deep fried whole fish is wonderful, but do ask for medium heat as the hot chillies are really hot. Dishes are on the expensive side and the decor is a bit strange, with remnants of previous Mexican drawings on the walls and floor.

We recently dined with friends and this is our favorite "neighborhood" resturant. The duck is outstanding and the soups are all good. The Panang curry is my favorite, but my friends go for the red, and my better half usually orders the Pad see eew. For a treat, try the Crispy Money bag, filled with peas, carrots and corn, and... The food was wonderful. The service was a little slow, but nothing to make you not want to eat there. The meal was large enough to have leftovers for lunch the next day. I would definitely recommend this. The amount of food for the price in this area was reasonable.

Service was excellent. Food was interesting, portion sizes were nice and so yummy. Tried several menu items with family and it was all great. What a GEM!

Malakor is in the Northwoods section of West Palm Beach, which I would consider a town within a town, in transition. Had no trouble finding the restaurant. Recommended by an ICU nurse at St. Mary's, and it was only a few minutes drive. Had the green chicken curry, three stars, which was just perfect for my taste buds. Little spicier... More

Highly Recommended to my wife and I, by one of the top Chef's in the area, Fabulous food, friendly good service the place is always clean.... Prices are very modest, you receive generous portions, the crispy Thai Duck is outstanding and the Sushi is fresh and always great.... Brought family from out of town and they loved it....

This is was a nip little Thai/Sushi place in an "interesting" neighborhood. Service was friendly and the sushi was very good, as was the Thom Yum Goong and Phad Krapow Gai. Portions were large, and Thai food was spiced quite mildly. I would ask them to heat it up a little if/when I go again.

We enjoyed our visit to Malakor but found the food a little bland. I ordered 5 star hot and it was barely spicy at all. Next time I will order 10 star or hotter. Pad thai was tasty. Curry dishes were quite good. One of our group found her food overcooked. Might return, but not sure.

I was taken here whilst out on business by a work colleague. I was most surprised as on first impressions it could have been anything. However on walking in the good smells hit you and away you go. We were comfortably seated and attended to to a very high standard. Your drinks if requested are continuously topped up and also... More
