Excellent ambience, knowledgeable staff, very impressive wine list. Small but exceptional beer selection. Shows that quality is more regarded than quantity. Cigar City seasonal beers, good selection of Saisons. Everything I had hope for.

The Blind Monk is one of those great little places that you want to keep all to yourself (so why am I writing about it? Because they need to be successful so I can go back again and again). The place is comfortable and they have a great music list. The service is very friendly and helpful. The wines and... More

Nice ambiance, friendly & knowledgeable service, great selection of wine and some craft beers too. I really like that they have local beer. It's a small place, but rarely crowded. If it does get crowded, you can count on a civilized group of people who generally know how to dress when they go out to spend $10 on a glass... More

It's a cute hole in the wall with very limited seating, but feels welcoming and cozy, but at the same time it felt crammed o me ... And it is expensive as all heck if you ask me. In my opinion, the price does not correspond with what they deliver as far as food goes. The food was good, but... More

I really wish we came here every night of our short stay in WPB. We had such a great experience at The Blind Monk. Nick was a charming and efficient bartender who provided excellent conversation in addition to tasty food and drink. The Tuna Tostadas, Canellini Beans, Olives, and House-Cured Gravlax were all delicious and the perfect accompaniment to my... More

One of the first times I had really awesome Pate was at Dino in Florence, Italy back in 2000. Since then, I have been a quest to find comparable Pate. The Blind Monk really delivered...right down to the crunchy crostinis to spread it on! This is a great place to try at the beginning of the night when you're looking... More

Not enough words to describe how amazing this place is. its small and never too noisy, great ambiance. beer selection and knowledge of owners is just incredible - just explain what you feel like and they will find you the right beer to drink. Food is delicious and in the right size. We take out of town guests here all... More

I live in the area but I feel like I'm in a wine bar in San Fran. My husband and I love going to the Blink Monk when we need a quiet place to chat and drink some nice wine.

We cannot say enough good things about The Blind Monk. It is located on Evernia Street in WPB in a quiet location. The decor is fantastic and was created by the young man who appeared on HGTV's Design Star. His creative touches are wonderful with the "champagne" bubble lights and interestingly framed screen covering an entire wall. As other reviewers... More
