I was taken there under the impression that we were going to eat Japanese and Chinese style noodles, but it was Thai, and being a Diabetic I had to be careful of Thai flavoring. Everyone liked it and the Pad Thai was good but I wanted salty Japanese noodles. The appetizers were good. The inside was nice good atmosphere and... More

2nd time here and they food is always awesome. I took my mother for her birthday and the servers were attentive and very delightful and she fell for this place. What I like about this place is that the food is fresh and hot. Oh goodness the Thai Tea here is to die for so I think. The price is... More

The menu at Joy Noodles and Rice is an excellent one; very varied and features many different noodle dishes including soups and sauteed noodles. Japanese, Laotian, Sichuan, Thai, Korean, and Cambodian are all represented. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't sample everything. The restaurant has an attractive decor; dark and sort of romantic. On the Saturday night we were... More

My boyfriend and I went for dinner before leaving W. Palm. The service was fast. The waitstaff works as a team. I love the singapore combination noodle dish. The fried calamari was much bigger than I expected and more tender! Loved the sorbet dessert flight of 3! The atmosphere made me think I was in the Far East.

I haven't gone there inh a while, but food still very good, hot, tasty and reasonably priced. I had a noodle dish that was low calorie and tasty, the Pad Thai is one of the best. They also have a great selection of ice cream and sorbets(I had chocolate mint).

Small, clean, inexpensive. Terrific noodle place........but now they're more than just a noodle place. Very nice people. A pleasant, informal relief. Sort of a neighborhood, family restaurant true to who they are. NICE.

It's not officially a Thai place even though the staffers and owner are sweet Thai people. My experience is the food is excellent at a great value well cooked beautifully served in nice dishes.

Relatives took us to Joy Noodles and Rice while we were visiting in West Palm. What a wonderful surprise! My wife’s dad had called ahead and ordered whole snappers that were excellent. We shared several of their dumpling appetizers and spring rolls, which were perfectly prepared and delicious. The soup bowls are huge and enough to share for 4 people.... More

Not easy to spot on Dixie Highway but worth finding. This is a nice quiet (though usually busy) hideaway that offers standard Thai fare. Not extraordinary, but consistently delicious.
