I just moved to West Palm Beach a few months ago, and this was the first restaurant a friend recommended to me. It's fantastic for both omnivores and herbivores alike! I've had a lot of fun trying different things on the menu. They must have creative chefs, being that there is always a long list of specials for soups, appetizers,... More

We have been going to Darbsters about 6 times a year since it opened! Their vegan and raw menu is fantastic. I especially enjoy their palm cakes and mac and cheeze, a nice selection of beers and wines add to the experience. If they have mango cheezecake grab it -I reserve it before I even order. A nice selection of... More

I was BLOWN away by the quality & quantity of the food at this place. I'd read the other reviews on Trip Advisor so I had a pretty good handle on what to expect. They certainly exceeded my expectations. The taste of the food was incredible. I started w/the beet tartar...the tastes exploded in my mouth-unbeliebable! (Others enjoyed incredibly delicious... The owners of Darbster are animal lovers and they "put their many where their mouth is" The food is vegetarian, but non vegans can enjoy it. As I do. The black and blue Burger is delicious and has texture similar to ground beef. There is a vast menu as well as wine and the deserts are yummy. All the profits... More

This is a cute place and seems to have its following, but if you aren't vegan, I can't recommend it. Many of the dishes we tried were just plain weird, unfortunately. Lots of "fake" meats. I don't understand why, if one doesn't eat meat, one would want to eat something that is supposed to be meatlike! I suggest they ought... More

Even though this Darbster is about 40 minutes away & the one in Boca is closer, we go here often with our dog and friends for brunch and look forward to each of our visits. This is, as far as we know, the only good vegan brunch in the area, so it's worth the drive. We like sitting outside in... More

We tend to steer clear of vegetarian restaurants, preferring to find good vegetarian fare in regular eating places. It is rare that we are not able to find a decent meal. We are both vegetarian. However, we discovered Darbster by chance on a windy, rainy South Florida day. Lunchtime. We were struck by the pretty location of the restaurant alongside... More

Good food, service and atmosphere. This a was a last minute choice sice it was vegan. Food was great, no preservatives and even had kosher wine. Outside seating was delightful and the owner made it a point to say hellow and asked us if we needed anything,

This restaurant was recommended by a good friend, and rightfully so! The palm cake appetizer was delicious! Harvest salad was very fresh and plentiful, and the Southwestern burrito was hearty and so satisfying. It was loaded with black beans and rice, among other tasty additions. If I can recommend one thing to a future patron, I liked the Caesar dressing... More

Great Food!! Great Service... Dog Friendly!! My Non-Vegan Friend keeps asking to go back there and my dog loves the homemade dog food. Fresh ingredients and great menu.. One of my favorite restaurants.
