Description: Agliolio has been Wellington's favorite gathering place for more than 2 years. They make their pasta fresh daily, using 100% semolina flour. The "create your own pasta-bility" section of the menu allows you to design your own meal, by selecting a fresh pasta, a homemade made-to-order sauce, and unlimited vegetable toppings, and is accompanied by salad and garlic bread, for just $10. For a few dollars more, you can pair your pasta with a traditional homemade Italian entree, ranging from Chicken Parmigiana to Tilapia Francese and Veal Marsala.

The food is good the service is good and thats it. I think the meat should make the statement in the meatballs not the Romano. If you offer fresh pasta it should be made on site.

I love Agliolio's. The food is Excellent. The Pasta-bilities menu provides diversity so you can quench every craving and curiosity. There is a variety of homemade pastas with amazing sauces & toppings, gravies, aioli, scampi, bruschetta, francaise, marsala, etc. with chicken or any meat prepared your favorite way. Every choice is tasty and generous in size, so don't fill up... More

I came for lunch. The place wasn't busy. The attractive dining area was done in dark wood with acoustic panels and colorful ceramics on the walls. Background music of lively tunes permeated the restaurant. It was not noisy when I was here. A walk-in wine cooler held racks of an array of varietals, including domestics and importeds. Apparently most of... More

Interesting to note how many reviews complain about the noise level and yet nothing changes. There is always music blaring which makes conversation uncomfortable at best. Lunch or dinner out with companions is a social event. We should be able to hear each other without straining. No matter how good the food may be the experience is not comfortable.

First off, thank you for your feedback year after year about the high quality of our food and service; we appreciate your continued business! As you mentioned, we are aware that the restaurant can be noisy, particularly when there are large parties in the building. We have consulted with several sound engineers and have completed an acoustical renovation this year,... More

After several other restauranteurs tried to make it at this location, the current restaurant is thriving because of the great food and loving attention paid by the owners. The eggplant rollatini is my favorite, but their pasta/sauce combination approach is also fun to try. The owners pay class attention to the guests...last night we saw the owner help a young... More

Met with friends and found ourselves mixing and matching not only our conversation, but the yummy homemade pasta sauces and pasta. There were so many combinations to choose from on the menu. Our waiter was very attentive and had a wonderfully entertaining personality. All four of us ordered different dishes and were all quite pleased with our meals. From salmon... More

Wow is all we can say! My wife and I Both had the nightly special which was $10 Ravioli. You choose your sauce. I had a marinara and she had the vodka sauce. Both were incredible! Flavorful, fresh, homemade, just the way it supposed to be. Waitress was attentive and nice. Never had a bad meal here even on their... More

This is a favorite of mine in Wellington. The homemade garlic bread that arrives when you sit down and the family style salad is wonderful (dressing could use a touch more balsamic). I like being able to choose my pasta, sauce and add ins. Getting hungry now.

Agliolio is our favorite spot for Italian food! We are regulars, and the staff knows us. Whenever we have guests from out of town, Agliolio is one of the places we make sure to take them for dinner. Their pasta and sauces are fresh and fabulous. Their meatballs are better than your moms. Their desserts are creative and indulgent.

We have been trying new restaurants lately. This was a disappointment! Nothing we ate here impressed us except the bread. I ordered a special of the evening dish. I expected the hefty price, which was not forthcoming till the check. I did not expect it to be so uninterestingly bland. My husbands cioppino wasn't great either. Disappointing.
