Great lunchtime specials, courteous personal service, and great tasting Mexican food. They serve "all you can eat" salsa and warm chips before your meal.

This is a typical neighborhood Mexican place. My standard fare, a combo platter of taco, enchilada and burrito was quite decent, nothing special, but good enough. My wife's fajitas were undercooked and under seasoned. Margaritas were good and had a punch. My biggest complaint is that they employ a male singer on Wednesday evenings. He is really a rather talented... More

DO NOT EAT HERE! I had chicken fajitas, and upon biting into my first one I chipped my tooth on a bone. When I showed the waitress she basically said "what do you want me to do, there are bones in chicken. It's not like you ordered a steak and there was a chicken bone". She acted as if it... More

We ate at LaFogata, we had a party of six. Service was slow and unprofessional. The food was mediocre. We all ordered what we usually eat at Mexican Restaurants. Prices were above average for same fare. My son was charged $6 extra for more cheese for his dinner. Setting was OK. We will look for a better Mexican type restaurant.

It is a small but cozy place with very comfortable seating. Friday evening crowd was modest and we had a ten minute waiting. Happy hours extend till end of dinner and consequently some drink items were free. The Guacamole was superb as appetizer. The entree which I had was a salmon preparation with rice and mashed pea beans. The food... More

Our dishes were 5 star easily. We had the Carne asada tacos. 3 corn tortilla filled with lean, flavorful steak, onions and cilantro. This was not the typical fatty steak in most authentic Mexican tacos, this was lean and tender. Chips and salsa to start were very good. Great salsa and they have a picante salsa if you ask. It's... Quaint Mexican restaurant decorated with beautiful plates & platters and Mexican art. Hidden in a corner of a grocery store plaza but worth looking for. Service was quick with large portions. This is closer to traditional Mexican fare than your chain Tex-Mex locations. Worth your time to find - would eat there again.

Wow really nice food, plenty on it and very cheap. I had the lunch special which was choice of 2 things with rice, beans and a drink for $6.99. Cheaper than Burger King and so much better! You have to try this place!

I spend the winters in Wellington and eat here regularly. The service is fast and friendly, the food is very good, fresh, with generous portions. I find the prices reasonable. I'll be back next season!

I've been wanting to go eat here for a long time and I finally decided to give it a try last week and all I can say is what horrible experience! Everything was terrible, from the atmosphere to the food. I was expecting it to be a real authentic Mexican restaurant since the prices aren't that cheap but the food... More
