Had breakfast at this place and the sausage was undercooked (pink in the middle) and the eggs were runny, coffee was lukewarm, as was my friends meal. Standard breakfast and coffee for two came to $29 with the tip? Service staff were good but limited.

Would I recommend making a booking here? Yes. Would I rate this as fine dining? No. So what's good? It's good quality food, cooked well, and service is friendly. Prices are reasonable It's casual dining with a dress code - check the dress code out before arriving (and if you are not a club member phone ahead to book and... More

It is hard to believe the quality of food served by Chef Mik. He offers the freshest seafood, fish, and meats, all perfectly prepared. Great food at great prices, with friendly service.

Can't rave about this place enough! They had a special menu for Mother's Day. Choice of shrimp cocktail or oysters on the half shell for starters. Soup or salad. Chateaubriand, sea bass, salmon, lobster ravioli or cowboy veal chop served with butter roasted garlic potatoes and summer vegetables. The offerings for dessert were Key lime pie, limoncello cake, chocolate lava... More

Glen Lakes Country Club has a beautiful setting. However, the food is not consistent. Friday night prime rib is great. But some of the other offerings throughout the week are not always good.

Very very disappointed this year. My family and at least a dozen other people had to wait for plates! We watched this happened at least five times during our stay. When the plates game out they were wet and MANY of them dirty! Are the service people blind? Or do they not care! The buffet table was covered with food... More

People must be used to sub par food to rate this place as anything but average at best. Ordered oysters they were not fresh or cold. Red snapper meal was dry as a bone. I asked for the fish that to be dry grilled but, wow, I didn't know that meant dry and no flavor. I've ordered fish prepared like... More

We eat at the Glen Lakes Country Club at least once a month and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and great food. Excellent chef, whether you order specials, entrees or simply a sandwich (Great Rubens). Wednesday night buffet is another great tradition, especially when featuring Italian.
