Every time we are in the area on vacation we have to eat at the Italian Grill. We have the North End in Boston and the food is comparable which says a lot. We try to eat there as often as we can. The veal is delicious as well as the pasta. We are going there with friends again tonight.... More

I Visit the Italian grill every time I'm in Vero. The food is consistent as well as the service. I would recommend this place to everyone. Portions are plentiful and delicious.

As a frequent customer of the Italian Grill we just love the whole experience...great food...great service...Love the pictures decorating the walls and really great staff!! I tried the personal size pizza for the first time a month ago and have ordered several ever since!! Really delicious!! Definately one of our very favorite restaurants!!! We were recommended by the Disney resort to go to the Italian grill and we were not disappointed. Our party of 8 included 4 kids. Their choices are anything on the menu in smaller portions and price. They opted for the personal pizzas that were possibly the best we've ever had. I could go on about the food and service,... More

Took the family here last week. We really enjoyed the service and the food. The decor could use a little updating, but there wasn't anything about the appearance that really detracted from the food. I had the Fettuccine "Sarina" and loved it. My wife had the Penne "Ala Vodka" and reported that it was excellent. I would certainly return.

Supposedly this place is really good but based on my experience it certainly isn't. I ordered the Fettucine Alfredo and being that this was an Italian restaurant I expected it would homemade. Unfortunately it was canned sauce. Another member of my party tried the pasta with sauce and that was also canned. If you're looking for real Italian food, don't... More

If the food is good enough, it trumps the dated decor. On a recent visit to Vero Beach we wandered into this restaurant by lucky happenstance. I ordered the special, grouper cooked with a vidalia tomato herb sauce....heaven may have exploded in my mouth! It was simply amazing. The house salad was also exceptional. One of our party wanted a... More

A recent visit to Italian Grill brought back memories, some good. Doesn't get much better than the starting salad with house made creamy garlic dressing. After that everything is pretty ordinary, including the bread which used to be superb but now was stale and plain. Pastas are ordinary. Service was good and attentive. Now the ugly.. the surroundings are tired,... More

The food was amazing. The Italian sauce tasted great. The large portions was enough to have for the next day.
