After reading somd of the reviews I was hoping for more. We had a family of 12 and they did a good job of getting us seated but like others have posted I felt as if we were rushed to order and move along. My wife and mother in law had breakfast sandwiches that were pretty good. My eggs were... More

Was meeting a friend but I arrived early. I was invited to come inside and wait because of the heat. Restaurant is intimate and casual. I had the special quiche--very good--with a half salad.

The staff is friendly. I had the California chicken club and my husband had the Reuben. We enjoyed the food.

Small, quaint restaurant serving good food. Nicely presented plates and friendly service. Small kitchen so they stop breakfast at 11:00 am. Good variety.

Typically the food is always good but on our most recent trip we were underwhelmed and the food was just average and the service was slow.

I will start our by saying there was nothing wrong with our food or service. I have only dined here once, and it was for breakfast. That said, let me list our order- breakfast croissant (a "speciality") w/ home fries, one coffee, two bagels, one scrambled egg, and a side of fruit- $34!!!! $3.60 for one egg.... Just an egg-... Thank-you for taking the time to write a review about The Lemon Tree. All reviews are read and taken seriously. My husband and I price menu items based on what they cost us. We are a small Mom and Pop restaurant. We shop at grocery stores all the time. We know what food costs. We do not believe in over... More

Several girlfriends and I decided to have Sunday breakfast at The Lemon Tree. Having been here before we knew there would be a wait, so when we got there we asked the hostess for a coffee while waiting. She said yes, so we walked outside since there is no waiting area inside. We never got those coffees so my friends... More

The food was okay but I found this to be crowded. The food was quite decent but not exceptional and the noise level was excessive at breakfast with lots of people on their cell phones. This is why I come to this part of Florida to not remind me of New York City. If you like hustle and bustle in... More

If you haven't been to The Lemon Tree then you haven't been to Vero Beach. Be early or be prepared to wait a while - but worth it. Excellent comfort breakfast, your own pot of coffee and a ton of choices. The eggs Benedict are always superb, a basket of little muffins for every table and perfectly made waffles. The... More
