We really like Waldos. We love being able to sit out on the patio by the ocean to eat. The food is simple but has always been well prepared and good. The servers have always been very friendly and fun to talk with. Simple but good. Pricing is again fair for the type food they serve with the great atmosphere.... More

My family ate dinner here tonight. It was odd walking through the bar, then beside the hotel pool to get to the restaurant part. Once we got to the host, it felt like a restaurant. Food was good. View was amazing. Waiter was super busy and gave 100%. Great place in Vero.

Great location. The food was good, portions were fairly large, and service was okay. Prices were a little high for what you got. If it hadn't been outdoors on the beach I would have rated it just average, but the location makes up for a lot. (if you can eat outside - we stopped here to eat a second time;... More

What a fun restaurnat tucked into a hotel (Driftwood). Right on the beach - fabulous view. Food was above average and service was very quick, but not rushed. Gotta get the 'Bucket' - 32 oz of some sort of rum concoction - yummy!

I originally visited the Driftwood Inn and ate Peanut Butter Pie when I was in high school - 40 years ago! Oh my! This is a cute, casual dining opportunity. During Turtle hatching season they must turn off the outdoor lights so the baby turtles go to the sea so dining is abbreviated in late summer. Well worth the sacrifice... More

Waldo's and the entire Driftwood Resort is a great piece of Florida history. It's rustic exterior is a community landmark that happens to double as one of the country's great beach bars. The food and drinks are tasty, service great and atmosphere unmatched. It's worth the trip and certainly worth your time.

The food & service were good. There is a large selection from full meals to a large array of finger foods. There is seating inside, outside on a covered patio, or ocean view open air. Weekends offer music so it can get quite crowded

I first learned of Waldo's from my parents who have been vacationing at the Driftwood for years, 3 years ago I was Married on the beach in front of Waldo's. Our "reception" was held on the front deck overlooking the ocean. We had a party of 18 and the food, service, staff and everything in between was awesome. My husband... More
