Great hamburger!!!

I was very pleased with my California burger, surprisingly. This is billed as Cuban themed since it's owned by Gloria Estefan. The black bean soup is very good as is the Cuban chicken that's a house favorite. The ceviche orderers were disappointed in both the size and flavor they ordered, although... read more

A refreshing addition to Floridas Treasure Coast lineup. Chad holds court @ the front bar & effortlessly serves up sass, some class & much pizazz by the glass most nights & is one of those guys who makes your evening memorable. Killer Mixologist!

Steak night (Wednesday) & Paella night (Thursday) both were fabulous! I am on a diet and had a Filet with the brussels sprouts with Pancetta. Just a little guilt -- but what is vacation for?

Have been to this restaurant a number of times. it never disappoints. from the ceviches, to the authentic cuban recipes, fresh fish and homemade pasta, this restaurant has it all. it doesn't have great outside seating, so maybe not as popular as some of the restaurants right on the beach, but it is the place for the best food in... The food must be great if we enjoyed 4 meals during our one weeks stay in Vero Beach. Two nights at the hotel and the rest with family in the area. That didn't stop us from enjoying additional meals at the WAVE. Excellent!

I was thrilled to find this place listed when I searched Vero Beach for ceviche, one of my favorites. The trio, along with 2 pomegranate martinis, made a great Sunday brunch. Only negative - the banana chips get a little too fruity after a few; The server nicely brought 2 small rolls as a change, but then there was a... More

The food was ok, not great. My dad and I had the roasted chicken which we both found to be dry and disappointing. The tomato sauce that covered the dry chicken was unappealing. The black beans and rice were good. My daughter had a steak that was not very flavorful and a little tough. Also, I had a Mojito that... More

I was at the new year's eve party on my vacation here in Vero Beach with my girlfiend and our two friends, dressed up to our teeth in suits and beautiful gowns. My friend Debbie had called you on beforehand to ask about the dresscode and you said "very formal, even the waitresses will be wearing gowns". And you promised... More

Great food at pretty good prices ( same price as the neighboring restaurants, 100 x better quality) We enjoyed several lunches here, the Ceviche was excellent! Best of all was the service, we ate poolside and the friendly staff were attentive and helpful. Five stars are not enough to give to the view! Eating Cuban food looking out at the... More

HungrySW Thanks for the great review of The Wave Kitchen & Bar. It's always wonderful to receive such enthusiastic feedback. I must admit that I agree wholeheartedly about our ceviche.
