I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. Very Old World. It has one main area, a little alcove that looks like a library, and a larger area where there's entertainment with chandeliers. The food was excellent. All four in our party cleaned our plates. The quirk? We asked the server for butter for our bread instead of olive oil. We... More

Was recommend to try the restaurant. First impression was not very good. No host/hostess so we waited at least 5-10 minutes at the front before the waiter came to ask if we prefer music or no music. The place only had 2-3 other tables taken in the front portion of the restaurant. We choose no the music area. Same waiter... More

We were there with my parents on Sunday, November 2. There were four of us and we had made a reservation. Table was ready when we got there and were seated with no wait. First, the brunch is $11.00! Now they charge for everthing else but a brunch for $11 just had to be sampled. I enjoyed everything that I... More

This place is a little gem and nicely decorated with a tropical theme. The food is very good; portions are plentiful. We had the duck; excellent. I particularly like the crab cakes. Not a lot of filler, and big pieces of crab meat. The salad had too much dressing on it, but I recommend you ask for dressing on the... More

This reminds me of some of the restaurants that my parents took me to in the 50's and 60's. Decor is dated but the place is clean, service is good and the food is very good. My wife had a veal dish and I had the seafood pasta. We traded tastes and both dishes had a very rich and quite... More

I don't much like buffets. But this 11$ offering in a really neatly decorated unique building brought me back. The Brussels Sprout salad was a great start. Scrambled eggs and bacon are eggs and bacon. Lobster Mac was very good. The whitefish with an orange glaze was really good. The smoked beef was rare and delicious. Service was attentive. The... We have been enjoying the Quilted Giraffe over the years and now with their wonderful dinner coupon, this place can't be beat for price plus you get delicious food. There is live music Thurs. through Sat. with an occasional Wed. thrown in for the Doo Wop crowd. We tend to go on a Fri. or Sat. night and make it... More

Truly enjoyable first visit to this unique local white linen tablecloth restaurant; sampled 3 appetizers: Baked Brie, eggplant rollatini , and diver scallops...all yummy! Excellent chianti for only $28/bottle (had a couple of those). The entrees all looking enticing and scrumptious, but we went straight for 3 desserts: creme brûlée, pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate mousse cake...Bazinga!! And all this while... More

Went here with a friend for the Sunday Brunch. Offered for just $11, its an incredible gourmet bargain. The buffet spread featured cucumber salad, bacon/bean/brussel sprout salad, macerated mushrooms, apple salad, scrambled eggs, garlic potatoes, bacon, french toast, sausage and peppers, lobster mac and cheese, eggs benedict without meat, carved turkey with wine mustard sauce, cold bread pudding and fruit...
