And don't forget to remove the bones. My crab stuffed fish filet appeared to have been hit by a hammer. And four bones? It was fresh, but my fish dish was a mess. Others had some really great shrimp with crab legs. My oysters rockefeller were an unusual preparation, but good. The wine was $48/bottle. It was good wine. There... More

What a great place, the owners couldn't be more friendly and the food just doesn't come any fresher. You step in and the amazing smells hit you and the food doesn't dissapoint. Its honestly not that expensive for the quality of food and the fantastic service.

In vero beach for the month. Bought fresh fish 2-3 times a week from Joey and Kimmy. Asked each day what was fresh and would be good on the grill. Red snapper was always good. Grouper a close second. Clams we bout and steamed in white wine and garlic on the grill were fantastic. Loved the Kimmy's smoked fish dip... More

Stopped into Joey's to pick up some stone crab claws for New Year's Eve dinner. 70.00 dollars for 8 large, not colossal claws, seems excessive. To add insult to injury, they tasted old, tough and previously frozen. We will make the trip to Sebastian for them in the future. The Indian River Fish Market there has the sweetest claws for... I brought my Dad and my 2 teenagers here to have a nice lunch together. The place does not look like much from the outside and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the rich aroma of garlic. The place is really set up as a fresh fish market with a few tables for fine dining. We... More

Dinner Reservations a must and well worth a lunch or dinner if you are a seafood lover. Great wine selection and interesting specials including Italian specialities. Joey and Kimmie bring their flair for the best seafood in town. A great catch!

If you want to buy fresh caught local seafood this is the place to go. But best of all are the 10 tables in the back for lunch or dinner. We went for dinner. Nice fresh flowers, candle-light, white table cloths, good wine and fabulous garlic toasted French Bread to start made the atmosphere feel like a special evening. We... More

If you want good fresh fish, from the in-house Fish Market, cooked to perfection and enjoy a good ambience this is the one and only place to eat in Vero Beach. Small, select and sensational. Joey and Kimmy will make you feel at home. First visit and definitely not the last.

During the summer they offered an oyster special everyday between 4 and 6 pm. My husband and I took our family their often. We enjoyed the raw plain and dirty oysters. They were cold and delicious. I enjoyed them both but would recommend the dirty. They are served with a little sour cream, chopped red onion and either caviar or... More

It's brought in daily--always fresh. The couple who owns it is delightful, and they have some fun other things to buy. I always go here for fresh fish.
