good but Pricey

We had a light lunch and had the special. It was very good but you didn't get much for the price. I had soup and salad (15.95) and the salad was very small but good.

We had a reservation. They had booked too many tables vs what they could actually serve. Waited half hour beyond our reservation time, which might have been ok, but then another HOUR AND A HALF for our entrees. And then 5 mins before our entrees arrived (not all at once either), they turned off the lights so the owner could... More

My aunt invited me for dinner today. The food was great and so was the service.I had a superb lobster salad to start with which was excellent and had some strawberries at the bottom. The Stone crab was very fresh. For desert I had a tiramisu. Everything was great. I strongly recommend it.

This laid back quiet type of place an some excellent food. Most of the people take out but there are about 4 gables to eat in. They do excellent shrimp and other seafood dishes and their salads are also excellent. They probably need a little pr to get better noticed but this is a good spot"a sleeper place".

My wife and I went to Joey's for the first time on 2-13-2015 after living in Vero for 10 yrs and asked ourselves why we did not go before 2014. My wife ordered grouper and I had their scrod with Newburg sauce, They were both outstanding and reasonably priced. The wait staff were courteous and attentative. The house Chardonnay was very... Our good Vero Beach friends had heard of Joey's so Cheri and I came in to check it out. We thought soup and a bottle of wine would satisfy our men! Well....Clifford suggested Sexual Chocolate... We opened it while waiting on the boys to arrive. Oh my...what can I say?? Very good smooth red and a creative bottle. My husband... More

Stopped in last night to get some fresh grouper to cook at home on the grill. Was very fresh and we were very happy with the quality of the fish. Cooked on the grill with lemons and onions and it was perfect. Nice little quality market to get your fresh fish to cook at home. Next we will try the... More

It's a bit unusual to be seated at tables with white tablecloths near counters of fresh fish but it was a fun atmosphere. I ordered the salmon special with a creamy light sauce of mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and artichokes. My partner had linguini with white clam sauce. His was served in a huge deep shell shaped bowl and both were... More
