A favorite for lunch.

My granddaughter was visiting and requested we go back to TooJay's since it was her favorite restaurant in central Florida. As usual it did not disappoint. Her roast beef sandwich and soup was very good as was my corned beef and onion soup. My wife was very satisfied with her roast beef and onion... read more

I lived in Florida, for 15 years, 7 years ago, I left to go back home to MA. I would visit them, often, and they never disappointed. I was in Florida, in July 2015. Went back to TooJay's and everything was just as great as before. Their homemade soup's are Fantastic! There is nothing I don't or didn't like.

The wide range of items from the menu made it easy to find something for the pickiest diner. Fresh deli sandwiches and a good blend of hot foods made it fun to chose from the well rounded menu.

Breakfast is good. The coffee is good and would be better with real half and half. The nova is not as fresh as it should be. Dinner can be a dinner plate or a sandwich. The dinner plates range from good to very good. The sandwiches, such as corned beef, are not great. The beef is too dry and too... More

Let met preface this with Toojays serves some really good food for lunch and dinner. Breakfast? Not so much. Ordered a sausage and cheese omelet which comes with toast and home fries. The toast was some kind of yellow deli bread cut 3/4" thick, barely toasted and not buttered. It was terrible. The "home fries" turned out to be baby... More

Went here on Sunday. They had quite a line so I thought it must be good. It wasn't. I had a skillet which had some meats and scrambled eggs over a potato pancake. The pancake was so over fried and crispy I just got crunch, couldn't taste any potato. It also came in an au gratin dish, with a name... More

This is always a great place to eat whether it's lunch, dinner or just desserts. I've used their call in to go, and it was ready when I arrived. Servers are always pleasant and food is out quickly.

Great for lunches and dinners. Sometimes very busy - but good selection of deli meals. I had the brisket dip and my lady had the Caesar chicken. Served promptly by helpful staff.

A traditional Deli, with all the fixings, hubby loved the chopped liver, his favorite, I enjoyed my stuffed tomato with egg salad, and a great deal 2/6.99 carrot cake and chocolate fudge cake, huge peices, we shared. Nick the manager on duty was exceptional, making sure all customers were happy. Can't wait to try the Lakeland, Florida Too Jays
